I had Femto Lasik procedure done in Ebsaar Eye Surgery Center. I can confidently say that the recovery has been much quicker than I thought. I do not have any side symptoms and the only medication that I have been using are eye drops. At this point, I am very happy with the way my routine has changed, the comfort of not having to deal with the lenses and the glasses and the most important for me personally is that I feel more confident when driving at night because my night vision has improved significantly.I would like to use my chance and thank to each and every one of the Ebsaar clinic staff, specially to Dr Hani Sakla who was the one that conducted the surgery for their kind and profesional treatment and quality standards. Excellent ophthalmology practice. I was treated by Dr. Wassim Altroudi. He is very professional, friendly, takes his time and gives detailed advice. Dr. Altroudi also knows how to deal with fearful patients, especially when it comes to the sensitive subject of eyes. The practice has modern equipment, the staff is very friendly and all procedures are organised efficiently and time-saving. Anyone who has a problem, even a serious one, with their eyes is in good hands at this clinic and especially with Dr. Wassim Altroudi. Highly recommended!

The staff and nurses need SERIOUS training as they all seem to have an unhelpful attitude. The nurses need to explain what they are doing as well as the doctor... yes they know what the procedure requires but the patient doesnt...I recommend the place if you are willing to put up with attitude and not such helpful staff

A center of excellence with updated state-of-the art equipments. Excellent medical service in homy and friendly atmosphere. Covers all aspects of Ophthalmology. Professor Sakla is an imminent international genius in eye surgery with outstanding skills. He contributed in many international publications and scientific activities. From the first moment you feel confident and comfortable.

Non ending waiting, you are asked to see another doctor first, then do imagery and after that you will be seen by Dr. Hani. Between all these 3 steps be ready to wait not less than 60 - 90 minutes, all that if you have an appointment! Immagine if you just walk in! No explanation is given to you why you should wait that long and why you should see another doctor first! They have absolutely no respect for people’s times. Clinic furniture very old, testing equipments not the most recent ones. For the charges they are asking for, this is a no go. In short, unbeleivable bad experience and I am no longer interested to visit again. There is plenty of other choices out there.

The experience was outstanding. Doctors and staff were extremely helpful and willing to guide. The atmosphere while meeting the doctor is relaxed, making the visitor feel safe and positive. The work done is also very efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking medical guidance.

Dr Hani Sakla is an excellent ophthalmologist.

Unfortunately no respect of people time. Although we came on time before our scheduled appointment still we have to wait for 3 people to get in. Not sure what is the point of taking appointments here.

Receptionist lady her name is Noor is very unprofessional. Whenever you call she says there is only 1 space fot appointment. Can it be in 12 hours busy booked??? Even if you call 2 days prior??? And the way she talks like she doesnt want to work... plz change this kind of person makes pacients more sick

VERY VERY disappointing... would never recommend to anyone... Management is an absolute FAIL!!!Doctors are very good...We booked an appointment for 7pm and kept on waiting until 9pm. Upon inquiring, we came to know that there are still 4 more people in line.After showing some grief they gave us time with Dr Waseem and not Dr Hani Sakla (who we orginially had appointment with).The reason was simple that they have follow ups and sudden walk in VIP clients. Then why to give us appointment.Hence, no respect for clients or people booking in advance.What is the purpose of booking an appointment if we still had to wait for 3 hours to see a different Dr.

After performing PRK correction surgery at this eye hospital, I felt that the recovery was very slow and there was no progress, and the doctors didnt say that it would take a month for the complete recovery before the operation, and I felt that it particularly affected my work and life. And the service attitude is also very indifferent😒
