Healthbay had been my go-to clinic in Dubai for a long time, then i changed to others. Today, I am back. And I met possibly the best orthopaedist in Dubai, Prof. Dr. Michael Weber. He listens, does not jump to conclusions, creates a thorough view of the case at hand, articulates a possible map of the treatment, maybe most crucial of all, he doesnt give you the feeling of a doctor trying to get rid of you to move to the next patient. Thank you Doctor Weber, much appreciated.

All they care about is money and business. Charging exams to insurances and not informing patient of diagnostic or possible treatment. The best example is when they refer to patient as CLIENT... Very sad that health became such a business and not able to trust this clinic.

Really happy to be a patient of Dr Nurgul. I came after hearing her name recommended many times and it is understandable why.She is a great doctor who really knows how to deal with her patients well. She has a lot of patience and knowledge. She made me feel very comfortable and explains everything very well. Her nurse Ricca is wonderful too! It was easy to get appointments and the reception was always friendly on the phone and in person. Even answering calls and attending to concerns without an appointment.

The 4 stars is only for Dr. Ursula Rolef, shes an amazing doctor, probably the best Ive seen in Dubai. She makes sure she spends enough time to discuss your case in details and treats you accordingly. My husband and I both go to her and are very happy with her diagnosis and treatment.However, some of the staff/nurses are very rude and behave like theyre doing you a huge favour.

Stay away from HealthBay if you want to get your treatment on time.Radiology report for shoulder MRI: 10 days1st Physiotherapy appointment: 1 week2nd Physiotherapy appointment: 1 monthStaff capabilities: Very lowIn Physiotherapy, they give you the first appointment to get approval from insurance (get money) and then they give the second appointment after 1 month by saying that there is no availability. 1 month between two physio sessions? They dont tell you that there is no capacity and dont refer you to another physio center, just because they want to make money from you. They want you to wait for months to get your treatment. Is this patient focus?Stay away, there are much better healthcare facilities in Dubai.

Sadly, Health Bay seems more focused on making money than on patient care. I saw Dr Shopova in June (I came to Dubai for treatment as its not available in the country I live in) and I was charged AED 650 for a consultation. Dr Shopova told me I could email her if I had any concerns and queries, once my results came through. Due to Covid there is now a travel ban to the UAE and I was unable to return to Dubai. So I sent an email with my queries, and I was told I would need to pay AED 1100 for a telephonic/Zoom consultation. I received no follow up from the clinic regarding my results. I was just simply given my blood test results, without any explanations! To take advantage of patients in this way during a pandemic is simply just appalling!

The absolute worst experience with Dr Michael Klein and the entire negligent nursing staff working with him. Avoid at all costs. Total abuse of patients to charge tests and procedures and then ZERO follow up or access to the doctor. Thousands of dirhams later no one has taken the time to explain to me the outcome of my results or any treatment plan. Shocking experience. Should honestly be reported.

The clinics location is convenient, parking could be an issue sometime depending on when your visiting the clinic.The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the price can be expensive especially if your doing multiple tests and have no insurance. Even with insurance there prices are quite expensive when compared to other clinics/ hospitals.The first time I visited the nurse didn’t take my blood pressure, weight etc. the second time they did.The doctors good and knowledgeable. All in all my experience with this center was good.

Very pleased with Sarah Abdelghany the in house dietrician. She is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I am excited working with her in achieving my health goals.The cashier was amazingly efficient has processed our paperwork swiftly.The only feedback I have is that the admin/ especially through what’s app is not very customer focused. This is something that could be improved.

Very pleased with their doctors and service. Wish they’d work with more insurances though. The only reason I avoid going is the fact that they don’t do direct billing with my insurance.

I am very disappointed in the service :- I was waiting for a visit to the doctor for almost 2 months,- after the visit, I waited another week to get tests,- once i called to clinic every time admin told me that nurse will call back , but the nurse never call back.So bad experience , just a waste of time...

Hi, I would like to thank all the staff from HealthBay Polyclinic who has helped me during my wifes surgery and treatment, I would say special thanks to all.

I have been a patient at HealthBay for 10+ years and the service quality went down significantly over the years.It used to be an intimate clinic with excellent medical professionals and proactive service. You never had to call twice, care was prompt with limited waiting times and with personal connection to the doctors and nurses.Now it feels very commercial, like a hospital with an anonymous call center, no appointment under 30min waiting time, you have to follow up multiple times for approvals, results etc.They still have very good medical professionals, all Western trained. But the Customer Service has suffered a lot and admin and management processes are becoming cumbersome.

My wife and I met Dr. Helen and she was encouraging, helpful and comforting.

HealthBay polyclinic is one of the best hospitals in Dubai. I would personally suggest people take service at HealthBay if needed.

HealthBay Polyclinic is a good hospital equipped with doctors and clinical facilities. Entire staff is very courteous and friendly.

On the plus side:- Nice and clean building, well equipped doctors officesDisadvantages:- High prices for basic medical procedures and tests- If something serious is happening they will tell you to go to the hospital (Our own experience)- Once again (despite assurances that the results and doctors note will be ready next day) waiting for several days for test results (blood test for example!). You have to call, ask, remind yourself - this is not service at the level of such high costs that you incur...Weve tried few times but this time patience is over - never again.Dear HealthBay staff, its time for additional customer service training instead of another machine with free coffee. Keeping fingers crossed!

Another clinic, same behavior. No regards for the clients/patient. Booked the earliest appointment to avoid any delays, but that wasnt enough. After waiting 30 min no nurse or doctor were still present. Seems like no one cares about schedules. Will try once again, as a heart patient is frustrating not to find a reliable service that I can continue for long time.

Healthbay Polyclinic got an overall neat and clean facility. Their ambiance and services are excellent. Staff, nurses, the floor in charge all are very kind and helpful here. I strongly recommend this hospital.

The doctor who I consulted at Healthbay Polyclinic is a very good human being, very kind & humble in treating patients. The staff in this clinic are also excellent in their approach.

Very efficient - short waiting times as well as responsive and flexible appointment managementFriendly staff - service with a smile from doctors and nurses. Admin staff was okayish.Good location - close enough to E11, but far enough to easily find parking space. Not much shaded parking though.

My overall experience was good with Healthbay Polyclinic. Infrastructure of hospitals was very nice . The staff are good.

I did my medical yesterday here. The doctor and the staff are very professional and friendly, especially Nurse Miss Charmagne who assisted me all throughout the procedure. I was catered before my appointment time and this pleased me a lot as I didn’t wait for a longer period. Truly an amazing experience and I definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you ❤️

I’ve called 3 times regarding my daughter’s vaccine and was advised that I’ll be receiving a call back from vaccination nurse regarding my inquiry! Third day now, and no call back! Unexpected for a renowned establishment. Very unprofessional.

A fantastic set of services. Have used Healthbay on Al Wasl and in MotorCity for the whole family for 7 years. Superlative treatment, with a preventative approach. Can’t fault them.

I have been a patient here for 3 1/2 years and have had no bad experiences. Doctors are professional, personal & well-trained. I rarely have to wait for any extended period. Very pleased with their service.

Conveniently located on Al Wasl Rd and with parking fairly easy to get, this clinic is a fresh change from the usual. John Baker the physio specialist is outstanding.

Idiots, dont even know how to set up an appointment properly. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance in order not to mess up our schedule but they kept moving it around giving us excuses. I ended up taking a lot of time off work just because they are unorganized. Not happy not happy at all.

Extremely frustrating experience dealing with the receptionist. Cancelled booking for a mamography while I was there for a slight delay caused by confusion regarding the exact location of the clinic. I had to stop by the 2 other Healthbay clinics on Al Wasl before reaching. While I was filling the form. I have been told in a very rude and unconsiderate way that I need to reschedule my appointment by the receptionist.

Location is convenient, parking is available nearby. Staff is humble and cooperative

This rating is for the poor time and appointments management, they feel it is ok for a patient to wait for 30-60 minutes! Otherwise the doctors are good despite a visible decline in quality vs the previous years

Because it’s such a LARGE clinic you are easily forgotten about . I was appalled at the treatment I got when trying to make follow up appointments with the hormone specialist . She went on Emer leave and I never ever heard from them again

A butcher of a surgeon wanted to drain my join. His nurse than messed around and was dishonest about when she sent documents.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. I had an appointment for the next week but they called me today telling me that they found me an appointment today; I told them I’ll not be able to come today which will make me stick to my original appointment. Suddenly the operator told me that the next week appointment is already full and you if you can’t come today you’re not allowed to come next week as well ( my original appointment )
