Great products with not great after sales support. The in-store staff and helpline staff never follow through on their commitments. Samsung could learn a thing or two from Apple.Also, its a shame they make such lovely device but restrict their care+ service restricted within the region. On the other hand, apple provides worldwide service and support.

Amazing place. Loved the way they have displayed their products. Arvin was a great friendly guy who assisted me. Prices are a bit on the higher side though compared to other resellers. Accessories are very limited. Would love to see them more. Overall a great experience.

Unprofessional EROS (Samsung electronics dealer) store. I came here to buy a charger cable for my s9 but staff gave me a wrong one which i did not check the cable type as i trusted the staff. However the charger was wrong one and it ends up with total waste of money and time. I dont want to visit too busy Dubai mall again to exchange just a charger! What a waste of time &money !!!Even the manager said this is customer mistake that didnt check the product at the store so it is not exchangeable !! Please be carful of EROS store that how they are dealing with customer.

Horrible experience here, they will lie to you that their store will get the pre-order phones much earlier than the official date (2 weeks earlier) just to make the sale. When you confront them on the committed date they just say sorry you have to wait for official release date and then charge you for cancelling. No point complaining to the manager as they will ask you to call the customer care. Why do you have a manager if they cant handle complaints in person? Do not believe them, its just a trap

Amr was really great! He’s really attentive & very knowledgable about the product! And doesn’t pull your leg like the other salesmen for sales bonus. I would consider getting Samsung devices because of him. In terms of the ambience and the other services I do recommend the place since they literally have all products under one roof.

Extremely disappointing customer service. My S10 Plus screen is partially broken and needs to be fixed urgently. I go on a Thursday, they say leave I must leave it with them for 3 days to fix. I cant do that. Ive offered to pay upfront for the part. They refuse. They will not order a part unless phone is with them. And will take 3 days. I call customer service today, they tell me the part is in dubai mall. I double check that 3 times. I go there, they say, no, your phone is the wrong colour. And even though they have the screen they want to order another screen for white phone.i dont are. I just want a fixed screen. I dont care about the colour. They refused to helpThey should learn customer service from Apple

When they delivery to me they founded the new phone having issue noon stop switch on & off........!They take the phone back promised to change.......couple of days no one able to do any action, no respond or reaction from their service center in Dubai mall.I receive a respond from Samsung with free call no, unfortunately no helpful

I recently purchased an A32 5G mobile which there were issues with from day 1. Took it back the next day, and despite showing the issues to the Store Manager (Mr Amir), he refused an exchange as well as an offer from me to pay and upgrade to another model. The issues (old FB account was not retrievable, FB not supported/compatible with device as I have to delete and re-install FB every time with even a new account, unable to take screenshot, colour intensity poor (salesman did not show me this when I bought it) continued at home, and since he provided NO solution and in essence have been forced to accept a defective phone, I had to sell the phone and buy another one, elsewhere. Although I have been a regular customer of Samsung for phones and TV, etc, I will not be returning to that store again.

Thanks for the answer, but it does not change anything. I realized you reply is a copy paste. So, reducing my rating to 1 star.To help you, I will give you one example. You visit Samsung.com uae store and find a product that has a nice promotion, but is always out of stock. There is a link to Samsung sellers. You click and you do not find the offer but very different prices all higher. What customer experience does this give? My advice is at least to remove the offer.Why a company called Apple and all its authorized resellers put same price tag on their products. Because apple puts customer experience first, not revenue. Putting customer experience firs I realized t leader to generating higher revenues.-----To sustain business growth, managers of businesses should never ignore customer experience. With Samsung it is not that great from all angles, we call them customer touch points.

The worst customer service ever in Samsung dubai mall, I bought Zfilp from month the charger not working i went to the store the guy keep telling me that i have to leave my phone one day to check!! I told him why i have to leave my phone its only charger, after long time he give another one and it was used and I took it cause i gave up then after 3 months I found like a white spot at the screen I went again there and he told me its not under warranty ur phone is fall down i told him yes but it was before one month he said we cannot do anything, today at the morning suddenly i found half of the screen is black and the touch doesnt work I went there for third time and they said same because its falling down i told him last time you said the same even the scratche from the back the screen is perfect how come?? Even you are right the is before 4 month already how it will affect now?? Even he didnt check the phone if its physical damage or something els he didnt believe me that the phone doesnt fall He told me that i have to pay 2055 AED .To fix the screen i told him how come the new phone is 2400 AED , and he said that i dont have the Samsung care , and I dont know anything about this ensurance And also he didnt believe. in the same time one lady entered the store and she have same my problems and they keep saying the same, they really doesnt wont work, even the way how they approach me not professional

The worst after sales service ever! Apple is much better. Last month, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z fold 2 device. Only 3 weeks later, with very cautious and delicate use, my phone started showing dead pixels on the front screen. I took it last Friday to Dubai Mall service center and I was told that the front screen will be replaced and that I can collect the device 3 hours later. I was asked to sign a paper when handling the device to the service center. I signed the paper without really reading it as I was with my family and on a hurry to get to a restaurant as everyone was hungry. Although I admit that this is a mistake from my side but I had full trust in Samsung as a reputable company. In that form the technician had written that my device had wear scratches on it while this wasn’t true as the device was brand new...Upon my return 3 hours later to collect the device, I found brown spots on the side of the phone. I showed them to the technician who explained to me that these were glue residuals that he will clean right away. He took the device inside and came back to me after cleaning it. When I took it from him I found out that the glue had been removed but unfortunately a very obvious dent was showing at the place where the glue was! I complained saying that he had damaged the phone while removing this glue but unfortunately the technician replied that this dent was already there when I initially brought the phone. I was very upset and asked to speak to his manager especially after he explained to me that in order to fix this dent the inner screen would also need replacement. But I was surprised to learn that on the busiest day of the week the manager is off! So I called Samsung call center and submitted a complaint. In my complaint I asked for the device to be replaced as I wasn’t happy with a new device that had its 2 screens replaced after 3 weeks without any careless behavior from my side. In my opinion, this is all Samsung responsibility.In the past 2 days I have been receiving phone calls from Samsung complaints department inquiring about what happened and today I received a phone call from a colleague called Mostafa who introduced himself as the head of the department. Unfortunately, he said that my request is rejected because I signed a paper saying that the device had wear scratches when I brought it for repair and that in different words the technician would not hide the truth about this but I would probably do! I asked to speak to his manager but unfortunately he refused and said that he was the last person in the chain.Through the whole journey, I didn’t feel like dealing with such a giant and respectful company like Samsung. The Service center and your complaints department are providing a very bad image of your great company. Starting with the service center that works without numbers for queuing and without a manager on Friday and ending with a complaints department head who is ready to lose a family of loyal customers and above all make me feel like a liar who is claiming something that never happened!

Bougt a new laundry machine with 10 years warranty +2 years extra warranty! But just after 3 months the machine had smoke, ripped all my clothes and almost started a fire! The good thing is the service said this happens all the time and they know how to fix it! Of course it’s not covered by the 10 year warranty neither the 2 year extra one you paid for!All you have to do is to pay extra 100 usd each time this happens that’s it!So if you want some adventure in the house, do not need clean clothes, don’t mind your favorite pieces getting ripe of, have extra 100 usd to spend supporting Samsung business! Pls do not hesitate to buy this machine! You will not be disappointed. It also makes you a grateful person as non of the machines would do! You feel stupid choosing this machine, mad how they treat you as a customer! But grateful that it’s just a cheap machine and your family is safe!Thanks for the lesson! You didn’t have to...

I went there last Dec 25 to send my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for repair because the LCD just suddenly went black.Initially I went to Samsung Service Center MOE branch but then the staff from reception told me the spare parts were not available and that I should try Samsung Service Center in Dubai Mall instead.I went to Samsung Service Center in Dubai Mall and told me the same thing! To make matters worse, the staff from Dubai Mall said I need to go back to MOE branch because they opened my account there and that they cannot make another account in their center! Seriously?!So when the parts will be delivered???So unprofessional. They have no mercy to customers. Very bad service.I would give negative stars if only possible.

No wonder why it is the biggest and the best samsung experience store I have ever been to.All the flagship products and the upcoming Samsung products are at display apart from the regular ones.As samsung deals of different range and quality of products, you will definitely get all the products available in the market.My experience with my S20 + from Samsung experience store, Dubai:Before buying from Samsung experience center, I have gone through all the other available stores in Dubai Mall, like sharaf dg, e-max etc. There are definitely special offers on those stores, but the offers in the samsung store is more and the warranty is better.Its always advisable to buy from the samsung store if you are planning to buy samsung product. Plus you can get extra gifts as well.Overall it was a great experience for me. Would like to definitely recommend others if you are planning to buy samsung product.

Purchased a Note 10 with a 2 year warranty. The store saved my warranty incorrectly so when I came to make a claim they said it expired. Luckily I had the original receipt still from over a year ago. While standing there someone else showed up with a similar problem. Clearly the staff does not know what they are doing.Purchase your Samsung devices from a different retailer.

Useful if you want to service or fix your phone under warranty. To buy new Samsung kit you are better off with the shop next door reselling Samsung kit.. they can give you extra freebies with your purchase and might have more stock than Samsung themselves surprisingly... while in Samsung store you can go to Jumbo, sharaf dg, Eros, ... all of these are a walking distance from Samsung and can give you better vue for your buck!

The sales person Patrick made our experience in the store worth while and because of his positive attitude, and mood we ended up purchasing more than we planned. The offers provided for trade inns and upgrades was also a great part hopefully more offers, upgrades are there for Samsung clients to keep us coming. The only thing that would have added to my experience , since I purchased a lot, to have had the mobile cover / screen protector or buds plus complementary instead of me having to purchase all the accessories. It would have added the cherry on top. But thank you. Keep it up.

I had the worst experience ever with Samsung customer service, if there was a 0 rating I would choose it, not only they are bad in customer service they are cheating customers, I bought a screen protector with a 142 AED price just because it is durable and it has a damage warranty, and was informed by their team that I can replace it for one time if the protector will get broken, after 2 months it was broken, I passed by dubai mall samsung store to change it an get surprised that they refused to change claiming that the warranty doesnt cover the break damage, I was told by their employees that it cover the breaking damage and now it doesnt and trying to fool me that only it covers the bubble damage, I asked where it is mentioned in the warranty that the damage is only bubble they Said it is not mentioned, knowing that I previously bought the same product for my older phone and they change it. And the worst thing is that no one of their employees or managers apologized for the inconvenience and made my experience worst by keep fooling me.I wonder how many customers were cheated in the same way by telling them to buy the expensive items because of the warranty and when they come back they find themselves were cheated.

My first visit to Samsung store, very good customer service and they have a repair and service center.After I bought the ultra 20 note I regret it because I couldn’t move my info from IOS to the Samsung cloud, the Android is not friendly at all and I couldn’t return the phone back.Any way it’s a nice store for those who like Samsung and they can find everything there.

Compared to many others stores Ive visited and done my purchases unfortunatly this time Ive had a bad experience. Ive tried to find an upgrade for my current device and the one that was sold to me wasnt a suited solution. I had the most pleasant experience buying a new mobile. The team were all so hospitable and the salesman (from Uzbekistan) was the most helpful person Ive ever met! I felt very welcome and left happy with everything I needed. I was assisted with all the add ons and the screen protector was put on for me and my data was transferred to my new phone with ease. So glad I went to the Samsung Store, I hope I make people feel so good when they visit my place of work.

Totally not working as per the token system.. out of 3 counters 2 samsung personal siting in counter number 1 and serving a bunch of people and while we were waiting in the queue after taking the token a new customer came in and he was served in the last counter completely ignoring us!! Adding to our frustration when another female customer came in after us was been served at the waiting area.. that too while she was seated.. the customercare personal came out of his seat and asked if he can do anything for her!!

Staff are helpful and reasonably knowledgeable. I bought a phone from them with cash back trade-in for my old model and assistance on set-up and transferring files.My only down side is that this is a large store but the emphasis is on Samsungs premium products, many products are not available here.

I got Samsung fold and its not even 1 year old. Ive been in and out of their store 3 times now. Their customer service section have no knowledge of this phone, no knowledge of how to help you and always send you away saying they will contact you which they never do.Today I went in again as my screen pixels are dying and they still cant help me. They called the customer service emergency line with my phone... after 3 attempt they told me they are going to call me back as they also have no idea what they are doing.What a horrible experience. Very disappointed. If this was apple the experience would be completely different.DO NOT BUY THE FOLD Waste of money, waste of time and rubbish products.

The worst experience i had ever with online shopping.I ordered a mobile on 16/8/2020 to be delivered within 2 to 4 working days and till date the status of my delivery is not yet changed from prepared. I called and chat with their representatives and now they are telling me that they are still checking for the availability of the product and they have no idea on when they will deliver the product.I requested for store credit so i can go to any nearby branch, however the response was “we cannot do this”. I requested for immediate refund So i can go and buy it form any other vendor and the response was “sorry it will take at least 15 days to get ur money back!!!”.They are really unprofessional and i will go complain to consumer protections as these guys are not professional and are dishonest.
