Before I write my review of my AWFUL experience with Roxanna, I would like to say their is a tall Indian gentleman who I have only had good service from. Unfortunately today was his off day and I had to deal with the rude, unprofessional Roxanna, Filipino lady. She took my phone out of my hands, not explaining what she will do next and walked away while I was talking to her. My husband confronted her about her RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour and she started talking to him in a loud and rude tone of voice. I would advise the owner or manager of this EROS store to look into Roxannas customer service. This is my second BAD EXPERIENCE with her. She also starts talking in Tagalog to her colleague to bad mouth customers. I understand the language and I have picked up on it. I expect feedback or a response from the manager about my very bad experience at this store. This will be my husband and my LAST visit to this store and this is because of Roxanna.

I bought an iphone from here for my wifes birthday, she didnt like it so I returned the phone unopened and undamaged, in all its original packaging less than 24 hours later. Was told i couldnt have a refund because of the no returns policy written in small print on the invoice that I got AFTER paying.

Very poor client service, the manager promise to call back and never do, their Dubai mall branch is not better, my first and last purchase with Eros. To avoid, will go to any other shop.

I had tired to call on their different number but nobody responded me.There was a misa launched event at nakheel mall branch, Dubai.They invited the influencers and bloggers, there as guests to cover the event. But sadly there was mismanagement.They said theyll deliver their Goodies at their home.Atleast they should send a kind note of sorry for unorganized event.But still nobody contacted me.If someone invite guests they should be prepare for  hosting them ,they should give them equal respect but they gave Goodies to some influencers and they didnt  entertain the rest of guests.Everyone time and energy is equally important.Kindly let me know when i can expect the delivery from your end.I will be waiting for your reply.

Eros has very poor after sales service with zero responsibility and support, be careful when purchasing anything from them specially the TCL TV.Eros takes no responsibility on software updates.Disappointing

Competitive pricing, staff are knowledgeable, would purchase products from again!

They’re selling stolen phones!!! When I returned the phone no one wanted to own their mistake and they said “this things happen” where’s consumer rights????

They have a good and friendly staff, purchased my current phone there, havent seen any problem so far.

I purchased a pair of headphones from this store which turned out to be faulty. After 15 emails, reluctantly the store agreed the product is faulty and asked me to post the product to them (as I live in London)However they refuse to post the item back, even after offering to pay for the postage they insist I must collect in person and pay AED2500 to fly from London to Dubai to collect a pair of faulty headphones which broke through no fault of my own.

Good shopping experience.
