I bought a lenovo phone from Noon i had issue with charging from the second month, first time they said they will give refund for my charger, issue not resolved second time changed the charging board issue still did not resolve, third time gave a report as liquid exposure for the same issue. Fraudulent people dont approach them both noon and sevice center. I believe all the 5 star review are fake and paid reviews. Worst fellows

Bad service, they replaced the cracker screen of my iPhone 6S back on May 2016 and after about 3 months the screen literally glued off the iPhone, called them and they told me that their warranty is limited to 30 days only and I have to pay agian for a new screen!!! I tried to explain to them that this is workmanship issue and they should at least re-glue the screen back to the iPhone, they kept saying the warranty is limited till 30 days!!Terrible company and bad service.

Located at a 15 minute brisk walking pace from Noor Bank Metro Station......easy to find? Not exactly no. But Google Maps helped and finally reached the location. Minimal and practical furniture. Courteous staff and chuckles along with when I shared my phones story with them - which abruptly stopped working and wouldnt turn on. The Online Vendor, a recent acquisition of one of the most premium brands by an online giant, but customer service lagging miserably. The phone was assessed in a few minutes while I befriended the espresso machine. I was given a receipt in minutes and asked to get in touch in a few days. Thats what customer service should be like. Impressed.

Service was good and the staff at the reception was helpful. He also suggested to wait for the month end sale on the spare parts and accessories for the repairs.

I got my IPhone cracked after I dropped it while jogging. The screen was completely destroyed. I looked through few shops in the area and finally chose this shop. When I got there, the staff was helping another customer and answering her hundreds of questions really patiently and knowledgeably. Upon my turn the staff member took a look at my phone, explained what he needed to do to repair it, and gave me a price quote. Phone was completely fixed in less than 25 minutes while I wait on a super comfortable seat.

Technocare is the only service center in Dubai. Of course I understand that it will take time to repair each and every once device. As per my survey they usually take 2 week to solve or repair a phone. Well since the demand for repairs is more, they should implement to open up one or two service centers for better service and customer satisfaction. Its true that they will never pick up your call but still you can check your status of your device on their website or mobile SMS.

They are CAT phones warranty agents, I went there in the last period of my phone warranty with a defect and they have replaced( swapped) the phone with a new one without trying to say excuses or to claim a misuse from my side wich is a great appreciated point.The down points are:1. Location is bad with no branches to be easily reachable.2. Unprofessional receptionist for CAT phones.3. Very bad call center, usually not replying.4. Working hours are not flexible, you have to leave your work to go there.

To bad to bring your phone her its take two week to change the screen, and didn’t call you to tell you its finish. In normalcase need 15 minutes to change the screen 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Although its almost impossible to get through on the phone number provided, I was very impressed with the fast and professional service provided when I visited the walk in centre. A software issue rendered my phone completely unusable but within half an hour the technocare guys had fixed it and upgraded the software for no charge, all while I waited. Excellent HTC service.

Very difficult to get hold of technical department on the phone (customer service department are relatively helpful but they cant transfer you to the technicians directly).Delay in fixing phone.Had them fix my phone (screen)... screen then stopped working within a few days. I then complained and managed to get a replacement brand new handset rather than wait for another repair job.Note this is the official Sony mobile repair centre in Dubai.

This company is just another phone fixing shop, they are not using genuine parts replacement, my xperia Z5 audio jack stop working they replace it with a jack which is not waterproof, and before hand over my phone Ive asked clearly the receptionist she told me that the phone will stay waterproof, I dont know how the mobile phone companys made this poor company the agency of phone fixing.
