The worst after sale services I have ever seen. Not professional at all, to pick up my oven which is under 2 years warranty stop working after only 4 month of use, it took me almost 2 months to sorted out how to get it fixed because I bought it online and customer service refuse to pick up it from my home they asked me to deposit to any nesto super market when I did they refused to take it. Now after they picked up nobody came back to me now more than 10 days while they promised me that repair will take maximum 1 week. I will never buy again any Geepas product and I do not recommend.

Holy Molly such a great customer service*** I bought a cooking range of Geepas, within a month the metal utensil holding stand started to break as we were supposed to buy basic metal framed model the sales team explained Geepas units has Cast Iorn frames which is double strong.Any way as a customer I requested for warranty but it’s 3 week now great team called and said we are coming to you next day then a great pin drop silencesWith all do respect I recommend all not to buy any product from them as I have almost all product of this brand in my house.No more Geepas enough.A strong strong customer service should be the great back Bone of a brand with all do respect I want to remind this to the team.

Worst ServiceWe bought Washing machine and they gave 2 years warrantyits stopped working 9 months and they say because of cockraoch warranty not covered, and even the board it takes 4 weeks and they dont have stock.worst worst service by geepas, please think twice before you buy.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Service centers will not attend your call for years.. My new fridge with 2 year warranty was down and I have been keep calling the given service center..These idoits will never attend the calls and they will not give any value to their customer. If you guys cant attend the complaints just shutdown the service centers and dont give fake promises while purchase new product such as your after service center are best in the world like this..Please dont buy this fake product..
