Always have a great experience when using Essential Maintenance. Today’s experience involved hanging 10 pictures, 3 mirrors, checking water pressure, fixing a leaky tumble dryer and fixing a broken chair leg!! Some of the jobs were an add on after they had arrived but was not a problem. Always great English and respectful. I can highly recommend them (especially Rod & Ben).

Inside A/C unit blower fan motor replaced as the old one was very noisy. Great job by Jonathan and Ruben. They covered the area to protect from debris and left it in a clean state afterwards. Thank you!

As a regular customer Im used to the excellent service provided by Essential Maintenance and their sister company, We Will Fix It. Last week we had Rod and Enrique come over and do three major jobs in one day. Not only is their work such high-quality, but they were exceptionally courteous, polite, clean and moved about like ninjas - no one felt they were even there. EM and WWFI remain to be my go-to guys for any home work.

Once more I was impressed by the speed and the professionalism of your services. Having the spare part immediately available (in the car) made a big difference. Furthermore Jammy, the technician, communicated very well which helped me to understand the situation. This is not a common practice in Dubai as I already had two different maintentance providers for my house who demonstrated a less than satisfactory behavior.In any case I´m happy I made the right choice in buying “Essential Maintenance” services and hope you can acquire many more customers in the near future.

I have an annual contract with we will fix it (essential maintenance) and I just renewed for the second year without even thinking about it. Ive always been happy with them coming on time, solving issues so professionally, not leaving a trace of dirt. The technicians are all extremely professional and communicate well. Today I had Joven and Moises perform my annual services and installation of chandeliers and they did an incredible job! Thanks guys.

This is our third year for the Essential Maintenance contract. We had Rod’s and Joyen’s team come for the regular AC service and to fix a hatch in the ceiling. The teams came on time, were careful with regard to hygiene and wore masks throughout the work due to COVID. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves and did a really good job overall. They were finished before the estimated time and the cost for the hatch was less than I expected.
