They are a sham and unprofessional! I asked them for an installation for a TV. When they arrived i realized my current TV was working so instead asked them to fix the other room TV. They literally removed the existing TV TV, swapped the bracket screws and put it back on the wall mount which already existed. The entire process took 10 min with no drilling nothing. Original quote provided to be was AED 120 for wall mounting and the guys who told me to pay 200AED. After back and forth they took 150 AED. For what????? This was even lesser labour than the original quote!!!! DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

I had a toilet leakage. It was small drops from the exterior. They sent someone to check & fix saying they needed to change the inside of the toilet (refill tube, chain etc). After they changed, the toilet started leaking from the inside which never happened before. They said something has broken and I need to buy a whole new toilet to fix it. So basically they solved 1 problem & created a new one. When I complained (WhatsApp number ending 611) he told me his men told him that the toilet was leaking both in and out from the beginning which is totally false. If that was the case they would have mentioned from the beginning to buy a whole new toilet & not fix something that will be trashed again. In addition I asked for a receipt before they came, they confirmed but after the job they didn’t give the receipt & took my money. I kept chasing till 20:53pm and they promised to send no one sent it & it’s day 2! They created a major problem which wasn’t there & now they refuse to give a receipt for money they took. Extremely unprofessional. They have now cost me nearly 1000dhs to buy and fix a whole new toilet!Now I see why they have so many bad reviews. I wish I saw it before!

Don’t really know where all these 5 star ratings are coming from but from what I experienced, I am being generous giving 3 stars.The electrician seems to have done a decent enough job installing two plug sockets into existing circuits but it did take a little longer than expected.The pricing was not great but not bad, it is better than most companies but still expensive for the service offered - however, that is expected in Dubai.The electrician’s manners and way of speaking was extremely unprofessional and rude at times and he wore his face mask under his nose until I asked him to wear it properly. He also did not have change for 100 or 200 AED and did not accept card payment, and instead of him offering to go to the supermarket nearby and get change and come back, he said I should go and that he will wait. I then told him he should go and I will wait. I also spent about 45 minutes cleaning up after the mess he left behind. Furthermore, when I pointed out that he was not friendly or polite, he just started laughing and didn’t apologize or anything.So, while the job was completed, it was not an overall good experience and I would not hire his services again.

Excellent service. Could not reccomend more highly. The jobs were completed quickly and with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The worst company ever, whatever they fixed in my home, lasted just one month, when i wanted they fix their unprofesionnal work, the owner wanted me to charge more money. they see just money but dont give good service

DO NOT USE THIS!This is an absolutely hideous company and I am sure they bought the ratings or used their friends to upvote. I think there is another 3.2 rating and it was these guys as well and changed the name.They did a gypsum work without putting a drop cloth and damaged my hardwood and made the whole house dust and mess. They have no idea how to do any kind of job. Do not trust your house to these.They did not finish my work in time and they never showed up for many days. I had to find another company to complete the job.And they have some sort of a tick. The guys hand is on his thing all the time. You would be very uncomfortable if you are a woman.STAY AWAY.EDIT: No, I am not reviewing wrong company. They even mention the owners name and people working on this company on other comments.NICE TRY.
