The place is nicely built with antique look but food and service was pathetic.Food:I ordered Fattoush, the combination of sausages were appropriate but ingredients were missing not nicely done. For example, the crunchy bread was missing, the lettuce was missing, onion shouldn’t be put in Fattoush, too much tomato, cucumber was cut too big!- Apart of cold drinks, there were no beverages in the menu!Service:Although there were only a few customers, but the servicemen couldn’t handle it. There was no one immediately available to call to when you need something. The serviceman didn’t have etiquettes to serve food.- He brought Okra, Bread - but gave to plates to eat Okra in.- When he brought sweets, instead of asking, he just moved the bread that I was eating aside and kept the sweets.- Kept finding staff to ask for bill and I had to go to reception to ask them to send bill- Once bill was given, no one came to take the card, I had to go again to reception to hand it over to them.- Despite very nice setup, if they will keep serving like this, I don’t think - this gonna work.

One of the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Those waiter and cashier doesnt speak English at all. Not even basic English. Bad bad bad experience. Not cooperative also worst behaviour. Will never recommend to anyone

I like the restaurant in general and food quality is good.But During Month Of Ramadan, i so disappointed from the meals.High quantity and very low quality. We ordered 2 persons meal.

Nice Arabic food. Especially the Kushery you get there. Spicy....I loved it. Those who love Arabic food can add one more to their list. But it suits only for the people who work here or live here as this is a very small joint and always busy.

Its an underrated place.Food is really good and they have some nice offers if you ordered between 1300 to 1600 hrs.The mix grill is tasty and served fresh on a grill directly on your table enough for 3 or 4 people.One of the best place to eat Egyptian grilled.I recommend over the over rated Al Usted Special Kebab.If you are a 2 go at the afternoon and get the offer only for 100 AED and you will get a lot of staff enough for 4 people actually!The missing star is because of the toilet maintenance issues.

Regarding the Kabab Branch not the FlafelFood is as good as eating in Hosney In Cairo (not Alex Branch) which make it one of the best in Dubai. Better than Hossieny and FARAHAT UAE for sure and price is less at least by 25%Not wow in cleanliness but not bad you can eat with your kids and family without issues.. They are doing there best but still a long way to go..One big concern is the Flies.. They urgently need proper air curtains and real insect zaps.. The ones that is installed is justa cheap knock offs to pass the inspection.Prices was really good.. And service is welcoming (not wow but warmer than other places)

No doubt this is one of the few Egyptian restaurant in Dubai, which is done and decorated beautifully with a nice classical Egyptian style.The restaurant is clean, warm and cozy and you just feel nice to be in here.The staff are wonderful and welling to helpThe menu is long and it has many of Egyptian cosine.AlAmoor is famous with its simple traditional Egyptian food such as Foul, Falafe, Fateer and so on. And they are doing it perfectly well.However, this restaurant is specialized on Kebab and heavy item and it not bad but it could be better. I had a better food in nearby restaurant, which serve the same items.
