Very poor service. Very poor quality. Very unprofessional.The delivered item was damaged.I called to exchange the product, they said they will pick it up in 2 working days. But nobody came.I called again to followup the request, they even asked me to do video/ picture of the damaged item, so I did. They replied to pick it up. But again, nobody came. This was going on for 5x.Its been a month now, and the package is still with me.Hey, StoreUs, No matter what the ordered item is, wether it is big or small, expensive or not, you are responsible to give the costumers satisfaction.
