Well, I think the website is dated and could be improved. However, the customer service team were really great. I had ordered a refurbished Note9 from them and it was as good as new. I think for new phones they are a little pricey but would definitely recommend for refurbished phones.

This is fairly underground brand in comparison to other names around Dubai. However, they have some good refurbished phones. I picked up the Samsung Galaxy S and did not feel like a used phone. Shoutout to Rinku, she followed up with me about how satisfied I was with the phone.

Worst online company EVER !! Worst customer service and worst follow up !!!I bought iphone xs and it was locked to at & t on USA !! And after suffering to talk to customer service that dont even care about your problem they are telling you to unlock it in any outside shop !! I return it after calling apple and making it a bug issue for them ! Although They are not honest about delivery date and about their follow up. I will never order from them again and I don’t advice anyone to. Even after complaining they don’t care and not picking up your calls

Very bad company and very low product quality. I had a bought I-phone from them in and was not working. I sent it to them for repair as per the warranty but till now since August 2017 not received any reply from them nor received my phone. I think they are not a real company but fake one distributing low quality and faulty products trying to catch victims through their website. products has fake warrant. PLEASE NEVER TO DEAL WITH THEM

My worst experience in uae, i purchased a mobile phone from them and actually it is not working, the toke it back from me. and they admit that the phone has a problem and till date (after 2 month ) i havent receive the refund and every day i am calling and the same answer on progress. really not recommended the phones with no manufacturer warranty . only the seller warranty
