The worst company to buy from. very rude. dont respect customers.

I baught a BP machine on 21 August 2021 that failed on 24th. The customer support says, I should have informed them on 23rd. Is it not funny? The website gives return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory products to be returned within 3 days. But, what about the product failed on 4th, 5th or 6th day?Extremely disheartened. I have 5 stars initially as the item was perfect. Now, I deleted my review.

I bought earpods from this site. When i receive it i saw its one side was not working so i make a request for change this one now they are not responding of my call nd my messages also.it was just waist of money..

The service here is unacceptable. We ordered a water pump and when I opened it , it was unsealed no bag or anything and with a missing piece. When we told them that, they told us that it was our fault for damaging it and they said they wouldnt refund us or give us that piece. The staff wasnt helpful at all, they kept repeating the same thing.This is such a waste of money .

Very much disappointed with the service.4th Aug 2019; Ordered a naviforce watch and they delivered something else. After opening the package, I immediately contacted them and they readily agreed to replace it and even got it replaced the next day.But guess what, again its a different watch this time and this really makes me upset and angry and the customer service rep expresses as if they are doing a favor by replacing the watch or by refunding me back.Importantly now they are closed for Eid Holidays even before the declared holidays in UAE. and there is no response from their side.May be I will receive the amount only after Eid Holidays (13th Aug 19).
