I happened to speak on whats app with some customer service, have proof of it for a tablet as the price was less, I informed them of an issue in their site for online payments.... site cannot be trusted for online paymentsYou know what they did..Increased the price of that product on the site.... such unprofessional folks.

6 months ago I saw a acer nitro 5 an515-52 and they were selling it for 4,100 so then I purchased it and then it came 2 weeks late. after it came i brushed off the fact that it was 2 weeks late when I opened it and ran it it was running normally 3 weeks later the cpu temperature went up to 70-97 when on the charge but was normal when it wasnt on the charge i sent it to them and they said they would check it out but it took them another 2 weeks and we kept on calling them and they would keep on saying yeah we will call you back but in the end we would have to call and check up they never stay true to their word. after i got my laptop back (they hadnt done anything with it at all they just gave and left so 2 weeks for nothing) the temps were still there and i just ignored it so then fast forward to december 6th 2020 (yes today if your reading this review now) the temps arent 70-97 there 80-97 and they stay there the laptop shuts down when ever im playing minecraft survival and it also shuts down when im playing doom and completely shuts down when i remove it off the charger. these people scam you and run away never get anything from this place. save your money and go buy something somewhere else.

I ordered a laptop and it was delivered the next day in the morning, some will complain abt the delivery timing but we should excuse every company as we have a global pandemic these days. Very professional and promising e-store

This is a small company trying to operate in the big boys playing field. Im normally all for that, but not when they can not deliver, waste your time and lie to you.I ordered a bottle of perfume, they called me the same day and said it would be delivered the same day, they also asked me to write a review on google for them. I was very impressed, but thought id wait before singing their praises.12 days later, and multiple phone calls later, hearing excuse after excuse like we are backed up because of the eid holidays, I have just been told the item is not in stock, when the day before the extremely pleasant customer services lady told me she herself would bring the item to my door as it was on her way home...They are very nice people but that doesnt mean they have the right to waste peoples time selling products that dont exist.Avoid, or at the very least choose cash on delivery and save yourself a headache.

Very Unprofessional and Disappointing!They cancelled the order on the day of delivery when they realized the price they have put of the product was not correct. They wanted me to pay more than the market price of the item.Would never use it again or recommend to anyone.Very Disappointing and a waste of time.I wish there was an option to leave the star blank.
