I recently ordered a logitech MX keyboard. It came on time and Im reasonably happy with the price (saved about 150 dhs) but its very dirty. Like VERY VERY dirty. There are visible chunks of food/grime/hairs/dust on it and between the keys. I thought you checked the products before proceeding with resale? Quite disgusted to be honest...Note: Its quite surprising that this would have been overlookd as it has turned a good transaction into an awful one at very little cost. How hard would it have been to give it a quick clean before reselling??

Before i was skeptical after read the review on google. May be only the people having bad experience, reviewing on google. Just received my order samsung tab s5e on time, and i am happy with the item. It is pre-owned A, but very clean. No Samsung box is there, no other accessories, only tab and normal charger (not a fast charger). But i was expecting the same, and i am very happy that the tab is neat and clean and working well.

I bought items thrice and they never disappointed and items were a good bargain considering the price was low for a brand new open box product. Items were in top condition and works perfectly and the rates was half what they are being sold in the market.Was surprised to see all the bad reviews but I understand, only people that are upset tend to write reviews mostly.

The worst - dont go by their rates, since they might be good while selling, however when a return is involved, they plainly ignore you. They do not respond to emails, give false promises on calls, and do not follow up. I had my return on September 16, and am waiting for any kind of acknowledgement or follow up. I have called on September 22, and was assured someone would call back, and still nothing. Really Cartlow? Please dont put a dummy message here in response saying you take customer satisfaction seriously - do something.

Usually Very Happy with CARTLOW. Have been a regular customer and have recommended to lot of friends.(A 5 Star rating)But I am sad with the last item I received from them. I purchased a mobile and the screen cracked in couple of days without physical damage. The front screen and rear glass wear loose and it might had led to the crack.I am trying to explain the customer service, but in vain. Hoping for it to get resolved after higher escalation.

First time experience with Cartlow and it was really not professional company. Luckily Somehow we cancelled the order. Intentionally we chose COD, our feeling was correct. Delivery was promised within 72 hour and ended up to 7 days. It is very weird and odds, as they sell used items, they are supposed to display the actual images but they didnt. So something it was not correct. I suggest to opt COD in order to avoid disappointment and difficulty to return and get refund

I have been having very poor customer service from Cartlow. I ordered a new keyboard, but what arrived is an used one. I accepted it knowing the hassle of returns and refunds. On a second order, I receive an item that has missing parts. I called up customer service multiple times asking for a replacement/refund. They are showing the least of importance to customer queries. Very poor customer service

They will take months to deliver the product and if u request them to cancel the order it will take another 1 month to cancel it n if u have made thepayment online run behind them for the next quarter u might receive your money if ur lucky enough.. The experience initially was good. In recent times I have realized they are pushing faulty and substandard products and claiming a refund is very frustrating. And actually if you compare with other sites the prices are not very attractive considering the quality.You have to beg and plead for the refund and they will return only part of the amount.

The phone was delivered to me on 4th Sept, and since then no one from Cartlow reached out to me for picking up and paying me for my used devices. I am calling them almost everyday and they just fool me by telling me that someone from their team would call me but till this morning, the situation has not changed.My advice - Dont trust Samsung with their trade-in program as they have tied up with Cartlow, which is setting a record of new low everyday in terms of customer experience.

I was searching for Bayra Macademia online and found the product with Cartlow, I have purchased it On 13 September 2021 and was delivered on the 15th discovering that the product is expired in the month of September 2021.I don’t advise anybody to use cartlow as apparently they only sell bad unwanted products. In my opinion they are scammers as they don’t put these details in there product information.Please don’t fall for this type of scams.

Pathetic aftersales service. We bought refrigerator of SUPER GENERAL from them 3months back and it is not cooling. Raised warranty request for more than 48hours and still the warranty team has not reverted.

I bought open box master and dynamics earphones from them. When I received them, they seemed to be fine but they were not holding charge and mic was not working as well. Used a promo code and it still billed me the original price even though the final price before checkout gave me a discounted rate. Purchased a printer that is originally 679dhs at 390dhs. Thought it was a steal but when the package arrived they sent a different printer originally priced at 170dhs in the wrong box. So I basically paid 390dh for a used printer that can be purchased straight from Canon at 179dhs. This company is horrible.

Customer service is so poor if it had a negative review I would have not hesitated to give that.One of the product I purchased had an issue, after almost a month they responded to my email and it took almost 10 days to get collected. There wer no no communication in between until the product was retuned . Surprisingly it was unattended and the product was not repaired.

After 5 days my ordered laptop is still not delivered and its status is just stuck in Processing. When I tried to follow up they said it is not available and the person said he doesnt know when it can be delivered. Very bad customer service and they seem to be selling items that are not even available for delivery to customers. I asked about cancelling my order and it is not even clear if I will get my money back.

You should be very careful when you buy from this website. In some cases you will be happy with your purchase whereas in many others you won’t.In many cases, the description doesn’t match with actual product though they mentioned “checked by experts”!!What an expert if he/she does not notice that an item is not delivered with batteries though the item description says it does. The cost of the rechargeable battery that supposed to come with the item are almost same as selling price of the product itself.Their customer service team is very weak and not responsive. You have to follow up twice and sometimes trice to get your complain resolved.If Cartlow wants to survive in UAE market they need to understand that companies work with high level of professionalism so people expects high standards otherwise will look for alternatives.

Ive waited for 3days and my order was still on process so I decided to cancel it and asked for a refund. I supposed to receive my refund 7-10days after cancelation but I received just for 1 day. I feel sorry and dejected that I made a purchase from Cartlow. I bought a used washing machine (LG) for AED 700 trusting their word that it is a practically new looking product with minute scratches. But I found it full of scratches and a few big dents at the top. It worked without much problems for one month. Then developed small issues which came to a total halt 20 days back. After a series of calls and emails from my side they finally came and took the product back after 15 long days. I am following up everyday with phone calls and emails and God only knows when I will get it back.

Buying an item that it’s fake at all they are scammers and they will not refund your money back absolutely terrible company returns my money fraud.

Who often buys cash on dilivery from the is not profitable.
