Selling fake and refurbished items by labelling as brand new. Remember; They dont have any landline contact number proves that they have fishy business.I Bought brand new (Labelled) Note 9, but its totally refurbished, replica accessories. Fake Samsung seal. Fake s-pen (no serial, not compatible) Customer service available only though Facebook messenger. They kept you busy in giving promises which wont be accomplished, the only number I got was from on the courier form and if you call them again and again for their response, they will block you on messenger. They dont disclose their office address for the items to be delivered to them instead of waiting for them for pick up.Wont recommend anyone ordering from them. You may contact consumer rights if youre in similar situation.

We bought an iphone xs max last year and asked twice if it was new and they said yes new.. then i find a message that icloud is linked to another number on this device wich means that i phone was used before and they lied...non trusted website!!

Used device, serial number is not available. its parts are not genuine. They supposed to sell brand-new but it is not..

I have a strong belief it’s a refurbished mobile with battery problems!!After a great struggle I returned the mobile and now they are buying time and no respond !! These people are scammers, they will tell you will receive a new product but it will have been resealed and marked as new. Recently I bought a new iphone xs max of which I paid for a brand new product but only to receive fake earphones and fake charger. Instead of the free delivery, I got charged extra delivery by their courier company. Delivery came late and I got charged. The customer support is now ignoring and that’s exactly why I’m writing this review for you guys out there to run away from these people. You cant trust them and when you complain they will start buying time keeping you hanging and hanging, they will not even care enough to call back customers, they cant even share their contact number on their website. My experience with SouqOffer is really bad . I purchased a Brand New Phone from their website. When i receive the phone , The phone is not look like the new one as i found some dust in its speaker and charging port.The funniest thing is that when i check its warranty , it was expired and the phone was purchased in 2018.I returned the items to QA department stating my issues and they did not consider anything and instead they sent me an email stating that we did not find any issues and we are reshipping the same items. I wrote the replay that if you are reshipping the same same item , I do not receive the items as i need the refund . A delivery boy call me to deliver the items and i said to him i am not ready to receive the order as there is issues with it and i told him to return the item to shipping department.I sent them 5 emails to follow up with the issue and none of my email was answered.Now i Feel very bad that i loos my money. No any update from them as they did not replace the phone or refund.I am really concerned that what should i do ? No contact number and no email updates .If any of the owner / Concerned person sees this comment , Please contact me on 00971508911465 before i proceed with legal action for online scam.

Recently purchased iPhone XS Max 256 gk gold color from this site which was advertised as brand new. I received the package from courier and upon unboxing found that accessories where not looking like original and my doubt became more and I turned on the phone and checked warranty on apple website which said warranty has been expired in March 2020 and this phone was purchased first in 2019 and which was originally silver in color. I was shocked to this fact and it also said that this phone was repaired and body was also changed from silver to gold and later sold to me.. I got a lesson here that always buy the phone from trusted websites only even if it’s expensive coz that is original and new with valid warranty.Guys plz open up your eyes. I have emailed them and now awaiting there response..
