I requested a deep clean service from them and needed one on an urgent bases, & Mr. Omar went above and beyond in booking me an urgent service in the next few hours as well as the cleaning service was impeccable. The job was performed in such a professional manner and all my requests for spot checks were met to right on the mark. I needed to re-upholster my 4 dining chairs. Alleserve was recommended in one of the community groups. Their quotation was the cheapest and I was impressed with the fast service. After communicating to Ms. Ana via watsapp about what I wanted, she was able to schedule immediately the pick-up of the chairs. The return of the re-upholstered chairs were also on time. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my family and friends.

Poor Customer Service. Alleserv dont have a staff of thier own. First they outsource people from other countries India/Pakistan for cold calling to people in Dubai. They pretend to be in Dubai but actually sitting in India/Pakistan. When they get an order from anyone, They hire third party services for cleaning/maid service ,moving/shifting. Third party company damaged my furniture and no one is there to take responsibility. Wost Experience Ever !!!

In light of Covid-19 cases rising, I really wanted the house cleaned properly before my elderly mother came to stay. I managed to book a slot within a couple of days and a man and a lady came and blitzed the house! They worked incredibly hard for 3 hours and the lady did our bathrooms. Oh my goodness they have never looked so good! The newer bathroom was sparkling and the older bathroom had a lot of old limescale that somehow she managed to get rid of. Best clean Ive ever had, thank you so much!!

I asked for 2 hour cleaning with 2 persons for 165 dhs. They did a very good job. They had with them all the necessary cleaning materials, and were fast and neat. they even arranged the rooms and did bed making. reached out and cleaned every item of furniture. Im really satisfied with the work.

This is worst service that I ever used before. I requested deep cleaning service but the cleaners are not professional at all and not trained well. They brought shabby mop wiper and vacuum cleaner. It looks very dirty and old. Also I mentioned my floor is carpet style so It needs material for carpet cleaning so many times, They just brought normal vacuum cleaner not for carpet. I cant believe I paid more than 800 for this trash service. Id better to call normal maid paying 35 aed per hour. They must be better than this. Dont expect anything about deep cleaning from this company. I usually give nice tip for this kind of service, but I didnt give any tip for cleaner. This is first time I dont give a tip for service. I am warning you. I strongly recommend that you find another company not this trash.

Great service of anything around the house, I call them for fixing bits and bobs as well as deep cleaning which is an awesome service: cleaned,sanitized my apartment top to bottom, inside my cupboards and between tiles etc. everything feels fresh as new.

What I like the most about them is the prompt response I usually get through (Anna michelle) and follow ups on WhatsApp and finding the possible solution for my needs I would rate the communication ( Anna michelle ) for 5 stars.

In search of a domestic Aquarium.....I found this really great shop in sharjah called Nejoum al Arab. The owner is Sai. Great person and takes the time to explain to you and also recommends. I suggest you visit his store if you like fish in aquariums. Reasonably priced and you can spend an hour looking at his aquarium and chatting with him.
