The worst laundry service in the whole of UAE. They misbehave with their customers and use threatening language. Clothes come back with more stains than before and white clothes are never cleaned well by their team. Theyre a highly incompetent service provider with a very rude manager.Customer is the king of the market but theyre not aware of basic rules of marketing and how to treat and talk to customers.Also, you will often find yourself chasing them to deliver your clothes on time but they will not do that and then they will end up blaming you for late payment because they fail to do their job!

I live in a building exactly next to the building of their shop. We gave the suit for dry cleaning. 3 days later I called to them to deliver it as my husband needs it for his presentation at work the next day. I called at 12pm yesterday and the guy said it will be ready between 3-4pm. 3 and 4pm came no delivery. We forgot about it and remembered it later but it was too late as they are closed. Now my husband has nothing to wear for his presentation.

Terrible dry cleaning !!! When I turned in my clothes, I wanted to have them cleaned, but instead I got a damaged dress! I handed over a white shirt, pajamas and dress, firstly I waited for them for 3 days, I called and asked to come, and secondly, they initially told me that the price was 46 dirhams as a New client, and when I called after 3 days and asked to bring things to me said 51 dirhams, in the third pajamas and dress stained as it was! In the fourth, the whole dress is in some kind of clues, as if it was washed with an iron washcloth or as if a dog had chewed it !!! Never take things there !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 you ruin your mood!
