Great Same Day Service! I needed a large load of laundry picked up, washed or dry cleaned, folded or placed on hangers and brought back to me in 9 hours...the same day. I contacted Priority Express by phone at 10am. We then used WhatsApp to work out the details. Everything worked like clockwork. I received my clean and pressed laundry by 7pm! The quality of washing/dry cleaning was excellent!

It was my first time using Priority Express Laundry services. They promised me someone would pick up my laundry at 6 PM, I waited until 6:40 PM for someone to respond and that only happened when I already got frustrated and canceled my scheduled pickup. Then very rude message saying dont waste our time - WHEN IN FACT THEY WASTED MY TIME AND MADE ME WAIT FOR NOTHING. I really dont recommend this company at all. For me, respectful customer service and commitment to scheduled timing is more important than anything else.

With my 1st wash, I received 25% discount on my total bill (excellent) however 1 designer dress which was given for wash, was received in torn condition at 2 places along with 2 buttons missing which cannot be replaced now. Meanwhile I called them 2nd time to handover torn cloth to be fixed along with new set of clothes to be dry washed. After 4 days my clothes were delivered, however torn dress remain as torn. As a customer I said, I would pay only 50% of total invoice and remaining 50% only once you find solution to torn cloth. However, this is when I witnessed best customer experience! I was informed to settle complete invoice at first and then priority will talk to management and see what can be done to the torn cloth. After the telephone conversation with one of the priority employee, I felt the best solution would be, I keep the torn cloth and find solution to fix it by myself.Long story short, I personally had terrible experience. Priority laundry, you have lost 1 customer!Don’t ask me for the invoice details. We just finished speaking over phone, and I hope you haven’t had similar complaints raised on 16/12/18.

Great service! They pick up from your door and return it in 48 hours. I send a bunch of stuff which I lose count of and they always return every single piece without messing it up. Staff are friendly and laundry service is amazing. Definitely recommended. Great value for money too!

The worst laundry ever because they damaged my lovely white sofa cover, never replaced it but keep playing me with excuses instead. Horrible treatment for such a damage that they have done.I sent my white 3 seater sofa cover to this laundry and when I received it back, I found a hole with diameter of around 15cm. I complained to 3 different staff I sent photo and video that show that the hole was clearly caused by one of their machines you can see from the shape and the slight burn around the whole, but they didn’t provide any solution to the damage that they have caused. I asked them to replace with a new cover which is available in IKEA, but instead they keep making excuses over excuses over excuses until I’m so tired contacting them and over and over again following up for almost 2 weeks now and they never come up with a solution. They claimed that the hole was already there when they collected the cover but if the hole was caused by me there’s no way it has the burn edge like it’s caused by laundry steam machine. I’m certain there was no hole when this cover was collected by their staff as I would’ve seen and notice such a big hole on my white sofa cover. I highly recommend not to go to this laundry as this kind of behavior doesn’t deserve a client’s trust.

I have dealt with Dry Cleaners before but nothing compares to Priority! i say this with full confident that you will be happy with the result, Not only that their work is good and the smell of clothes do really smell good! they also work around the clock, the staff is friendly and they always have a smile on their face, which makes you want to deal with them, customer service is superb, and although i dont use it much but they also have a free of charge delivery (i dont use it because my work place is next to them and not because i had issues with them) on the contrary i find them very punctual and professional.On top of all that they do offer a discount the first time you visit, which is 25%. NOT BAD honestly!Other than that i do wish them the best and i hope they never change! Best of luck guys and thank you.

Had given a curtain for cleaning. When they delivered (on 14 March 2018) they informed me that they used some strong chemicals and the curtains are damaged. When I contacted the manager he asked me to bare 50% of the cost, saying that the curtains are not new. To their good luck my landlord agreed to bare a percent of the cost but they are yet to replace it till date 7 May 2018 . If I call the manager he doesnt pick the call and replies by text saying that I will call you, but never did i receive a call from him. Never will I give my stuff to this laundry, they dont know what is to be used on what material.

At the beginning it was ok, although they delivered to the wrong place one day and left my stuff outside the wrong door. At some point they were not showing up at the pick up day and rescheduled. The next pick up they showed up at 10:30pm (night) after several calls and messages from my side. I would specifically ask for the clothes to be on hangers and they would fold the clothes. Another 2-3 times they were supposed to deliver on a specific date and theu did not show up and rescheduled delivery (only after I called). While they do their job ok, the above things cumulatively are unacceptable and really bring down their quality.

This is the worst company of all companies! They are bunch of liars and very unprofessional!! They said someone will pick up my laundry in 30 minutes i waited an hour and 15 minutes and then I called they told me the driver had a problem with his car and if he had to pick up my laundry he would miss the other appointments and they told me to cancel or reschedule! After waiting and calling myself they said that but then they requested I use Careem box which I did and they said it takes an hour so TWO HOURS AND TEN MINUTES LATER I call checking on my order they said to send another Careem box to pick it up SO I DID and 47 minutes after the guy arrives to pick up my order I call again because it takes 12 minutes to my place with maximum traffic, the poor delivery guy tells me he has been waiting forever and they still did not even start with my laundry so I spoke to the manager and he said it will be done soon you wait LIKE SERIOUSLY IT’S ALMOST 1 AM AND I HAVE WORK TOMORROW BUT NO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME LAME UNPROFESSIONALS TO MANIPULATE CLIENTS LIKE THAT!OH AND THEY CAME ALL WET! SERIOUSLY A RIPOFFHighly unrecomended!!!

I was offered a promo of unlimited dry cleacleaning/ironing services. The offer was valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After first pick-up some of my things still had stains on, when I called the owner kindly explained that their dry cleaning doesnt include stain removal , and that I get what I pay for. After a few days my next order was delayed for uncertain number of days due to what they called electricity shut down. I was told it will take 2-4 days, but they never got back to me until I called them from a different number as a new customer. After a few days when I wanted to wear one of my abayas there was a bad smell coming from my things, they sprayed it with some strong air fresheners, but once it evaporated the bad smell came back. Not to mention that. Im still waiting for the rest of my stuff. And Im very disappointed. Dirt and stains are still there.

So in my last visit to dubai i got a chance to experience the service of priority express. I must say I was so impressed by friendly behaviour of staffs and quick pick up of my laundry from door step. I had few pairs of pants to be washed and delivered to me on same day and to my surprise the person who came to pick up told me that they do same day delivery by paying few dhms extra without any second thoughts i opted for the same and I must say they kept ter word. I would recommend this place for folks in dxb. Good job priority express!!!

They have taken our laundry since the past two weeks and not returning our calls or whatasp messages as to when it will be delivered. So many clothes missing from before and they have failed to return them.
