I had a mixed experience with DDC. As my instructor Mr. Qasim was the best person to learn i can say easily say. He is such a humble and cooperative person. He helped me in each step. I will highly recommend him if anyone wants to enroll there.When it come to other staff definitely they need to learn a lot in terms of customer service. Internal assessment is the biggest hurdle i faced as those instructors have no respect for students.School has to work a lot in terms of customer care and internal process.In the end thank you very much to school and my instructor for enabling me to drive on Dubai roads.

I took refresher course and my instructor was Shahzadi Bano.. I had a wonderful experience with her.. very professional and well trained instructor.. would highly recommend her for the new learners.. her way of teaching is excellent.. wonderful instructor 🥰

Mary Ann & Qassim are the 2 best trainers I was able to get my trainings from. Very professional and good training methods are the 2 unique qualities of this Centre. All the staff from various departments will promptly respond the queries and highly professional. Due to all their efforts I could secure my license in the first attempt.

I made the right decision choosing ate Rosemarie as my instructor. She has taught me everything that I have to know before taking my final road test. She is definitely one of the best! I finally got my license! Thank you, ate Rose!

I had my last training session with Mrs Mary Ann, She was amazing , i was totally disappointed about my final test which i had the day after , but she gave me a perfect overview about observation and communication with other cars ,road which i didnt focus on before, i do recommend her to anybody 👍🏻

The instructors here are well experienced and enthusiastic in the way they train students. I would specially recommend Mr. Imran khaled who taught me everything I needed to know. On call booking services are not always easily accessible and could be improved. Overall experience is good as I was able to pass on my first attempt.

I just recently got my license, and would like to commend the quality of service from my instructors, Miss Rose Marie and Miss Mary. Both of my instructors enabled me to learn how to drive and improve my driving skills, because of that I was able to pass on my second attempt. I can truly feel, that they are teaching me from their hearts, and took their time with me. Miss Rose and Miss Mary were both very patient . Dubai Driving Centre was a good experience but it was made even better all because of a wonderful driving instructor, Ms. Shahzadi Bano. She teaches with all her heart and truly hopes for you to pass in your first try. She teaches in such a way that you gain confidence and also be respectful to the rules. She is always ready to help and can point out any mistake easily and gives tips on how to improve based on each persons capabilities. I was always a bit nervous about driving but I loved to learn from her and I found myself enjoying the classes very much. Her teaching and sometimes scolding are very motherly in nature. She was the second instructor I was booked to. And I am so glad that she had a slot open for me. She made the whole experience so much fun and pleasant. If youre thinking of joining DDC, please make sure to look for her. She will be a great friend, sister and even a mother-like figure. I did a refresher course with DDC and I could not be happier! After years of not driving (and never driving in Dubai), I was very uncomfortable to start driving again. However, after only 5 hours with the amazing Mary Ann, I went on the roads alone with no stress and confidence. Mary Ann went above and beyond with explanations, encouragement, and patience. I was also very pleased with Mr. Halim whose support during the whole process was highly efficient and always acting in my best interest!

All the people say that it is hard to pass driving exam first time ,but i could and this is just because of my professional teacher that i had there ,ms mary ann was so passionate and told me every detail which i had to know. I’m happy that i came here , you made this rood easy for me .

Did not Recommend the Dubai driving Al Barsha because Of the Poor service in terms of registration i think the lady is angry in the registration and they are not doing there job i dont want to recommend the dubai Driving barsha

I am so happy to choose DDC for my driving training. I got my licence today. The special training offered by Mary is really worth mentioning. She makes u prepared for the roads and not just the tests. She really helps u with ur confidence which really helped me in the final test. I have taken special training with another male instructor but did not find it to be very effective. I am so glad they assigned Mary to train me. Its is a driving institute with high qualified teaches/trainers. The staff is very cooperative and frankly. One feel so comfortable and confident here.

I have had several instructors teaching me how to drive, and so have experience of each of their teaching skills. Although not all are great, but the names i will mention below are highly recommended.The one who stood out the most was my favorite Mrs.Shazadi Bano. She not only taught me how to drive well, but also to stay safe on the road. I am so happy to have had her as my instructor for giving me confidence to drive and to overcome my nervousness. She is not only a teacher, but a friend and a mother. She tells you your mistakes and also provides you with solutions. All you have to do is JUST listen and follow.I am also thankful to Mr.Javid Akhtar for his costructive criticism and feedback that provided huge room for improvement and seriously opened my eyes to things that we may happen to overlook on the road.Thank you soo much....

I am so happy to get my license in this school and branch. Started with zero knowledge in driving, and was very scared.. but I had a great instructor, Mr. Qasim.. very professional, knowledgeable at the same time very friendly. He helped me a lot. I was very comfortable working with him as my instructor. Ima give him 5 stars and I highly recommend him to new students. Ameen from scheduling dept. (contract) was very helpful too.just I need to add this comment though to the management .. to please make it clear to new students about fees.. I was in contract.. and was informed I wont pay anything anymore til I get my DL.. except if I take classes on weekends like Fridays.. and when I was about to get my license.. thought had to pay for my classes I took on weekend but theres more than AED 300 also that I need to pay and they say its VAT. I dont mind paying but please make it clear to students beforehand.Thank you Dubai Driving Center!

I highly recommend ddc. My husband got his driving license from ddc al barsha branch. Trainers are very freindly and hard working, specially Mr. Shabbir ali, who really support a lot and always ready to answer without any complain. We never hesitate to call them and ask anything.

This school is absolutely ripped off they will fail you for you to take more classes and keep on paying as if you will drive an airplane . worst school regret of choosing this school.

The problem is that no one answers phone calls.. Rarely do you get someone to answer.. Why is this service?

Overall everything is good. Stuff of the branch is friendly and helpful, always tried to solve my requests about timing of lessons or test. I can definitely recommend Barsha 1 Branch. But I should admit that I had my bad experience in the begging and lost 2 weeks only on the stage of documents submition, but its not regarding this branch of the school.

The worst experience ever they only eat money their instructors not going to teach you good unless u give something and they failed me 5 time They are cheaters in the beginning they said during 4/4/4 & 4 test u will get for each like theory test , yard test , assessment test and final test during that 4 test whatever class u will get all that classes would be free and then I had pass all then I went to road assessment test then they ask for money I given 1600 Dh extra Dubai driving school totally eating money only thing is good is u will get your classes quickly .My Prasnal opinion guys don’t choose DDC !

I am happy that I have made the choice of going with this institute. My experience with DDC Al Barsha branch is very good. All the staff are very good and helpful. Special thanks to Afrin, she helped me in the initial file opening and guided me well. Amin & Sooraj are helpful guys while booking your classes. I have interacted once with Manager (Nishanth) during my personal emergency case and he helped me in accommodating the request on short notice.Regarding the trainers, I think all instructors are good. Everyone has its own way of teaching and depends which suits to you. But special mention to Qasim, he is the best of the lot among all the instructors with whom I have taken the classes. I have taken night road training class from Faraz and found him good instructor as well.
