The worst training center in uaethey register for us in RTA portal expired after 3 months and they dont have an available trainers to start unless after one month and RTA renewal need to charge to us because they have less trainersand no any decision maker to speak with , only reception they will give you wrong informations

I had a great experience at Bin Yaber. I was taking my drivers license from zero, because I had never driven before. Everybody there was welcoming and made me feel confident I would be able to do it. They are very organized, and I was assigned a coordinator (Dexter) that would answer all my questions regarding the processes. Classes and tests were easy to schedule, and the area of practice and test was great in my opinion. I know their price is a little bit more expensive than the competitors but I felt it was definitely worth it, as I got approved on my first try. A special thanks to my instructor Nassir! They also have a transportation team that made everything easy so I didn’t have to take taxi.

Got my motorcycle driving license, great experience with registration and online lectures. Once I started the practical lessons I faced the scheduling problems, it’s not easy to plan your schedule with them, not organized.The best thing that when you have a complaint and find someone to escalate they were really too helpful and supporting you till it’s solved.Unfortunately again when I was getting my driving license I waited for a long time waiting for an employee not on his desk, and when told his supervisor where is the manager, his attitude was very rude.Conclusion, that they are doing good job but needs to improve their administration process and of course monitoring employees attitude.

I cannot recommend Bin Yaber enough to those who are looking to get their driving license done in Dubai. From first point of contact, you can tell how friendly and helpful their staff are and how the school run their business professionally.They are flexible with payment installments which made me feel extra comfortable in deciding to take on the courses. As a flight attendant with ever changing rosters, the school have also provided flexibility for my odd working hours and they worked around designing a schedule which best fit my availability. Furthermore, yesterday as I failed one of my RTA parkings, the manager went above and beyond to try to fit me into an impossible time slot just so that I don’t have to return another day for a redo – thank goodness this time I nailed that parallel parking!From what I’ve heard, Bin Yaber’s passing marks are more achievable and realistic compared to their competitors’ so it lessen the chances of you failing and having to pay for extra classes. Unlike what I’ve heard about most driving schools in Dubai, Bin Yaber can be quite generous with giving you another go. I can tell you with confidence that these guys actually want me to pass and get my license.All in all, they have really taken care of everything for me through every step of the way. If I can add one constructive criticism, the shuttle bus service can be a bit of a pain to deal with and I think they can come up with better scheduling of their busses but they do get you to the school and get you home nevertheless.You’ll be in good hands with them!

Got my license in first attempt. Had never driven a car before.Undoubtedly, the best driving institute in Dubai with professional staff be it reception ,sales executive, and trainers.Unlike other institute they won’t recommend to opt for unlimited package(where u pay high to get multiple attempts),rather they would suggest and motivate to take normal one as ppl usually get license in very first attempt.Big thanks to sales executive Mr.Midhun Mohan for your support and booking classes for me over phone while I was busy with work.Thanks to my trainer Mr. Adetokunbo Olumimde for valuable guidance and constant feedback about my driving.Below are the tips that I would recommend to get license in first attempt:1. Always keep a note of what your instructor taught.2. Keep note of your mistakes.3. For parking test : book one extra class before test date to practice and remember if you follow the steps told by instructor , it’s really easy to pass in first attempt .4. For final RTA road test : before test, book 1-2 extra class with different instructor ( it’s good to have second opinion ) and try to get extra class at same time slot of RTA booked test.Wish everyone all the best.
