This brach has worst customer service Ive ever encountered in DUBAI . I booked my internal exam in this branch since its almost 5pm , and ask if i could book also a refreshments. But she just answered me YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY --- rolling her eyes I continued saying But i booked in main branch w/o any fees ? She just replied THEN GO BOOKED THERE w/ a very rude tone of voice . She could just explain to me in a kind way so i could understand thier rules/protocols . Her name was NELMA

This branch has a very poor service, specially the staff named Nelma, shes very rude and not accommodating...once you enrolled they dont care about you anymore... they will not assists you anymore when it comes to scheduling your class or your exams in the main branch, they will just say to you like do it with yourself since your already there, is that how you assists your students...? they will not even ask you hows your class or your exams or they dont even extend any help regarding with scheduling, and every time you will call their office number, no one answer, and if they do they will talk to you in a bad manner and you will not get any help from them... once they got a money from you, they will already let you do everything by yourself...

I passed and i got my license yesterday.Thank you Al Ahli Driving, i did not regret choosing your school. You are not only economical school but your instructors are the best.Thank you to my instructor Madam Marites, her patience and guidance taught me a lot even life lessons. Thank you for the handwork.Also, Big thanks to Mr. Suhail, he was my refreshment class instructor, he is very calm, patient and very professional. I failed 7 times in parking but he taught me the right technique, i passed after that. You should ask his name if you have a hard time passing the parking test.Shoutout to Mr. Ibrahim Al Mazrouie, my examiner , he talked to me first and wanted me to feel relax, before hitting the road. That really helps my nervousness.Definitely i will recommend this school to my friends
