I have purchased underwear and other clothing Items for over AED 3,000. 6 months later the underwear i bought started falling apart with the elastic ripping appart except for one or two models i had purchased. Today i came to the shop to complain and had shown them a sample of the fallen apart underwear and mentioned to them that i have a couple more of them that are worn out keeping in mind i wash my underwear by hand. After asking the Sales person for a solution, their answer was ‘without a receipt’ they can’t do anything. I asked to give my credentials to check on the system but none of the sales people were neither helpful nor trying to provide a solution. This is the LAST TIME I BUY THIS BRAND. I do not recommend buying this brand to anyone if you are after quality as the quality is awful. The branch in Marina has very poor after sales service people. The lady in charge gave me a really bad attitude and was not at all interested.
