Website is unavailable since 2 days! I have placed an order 3 days ago, received half of the items same day and heard nothing from Namshi since then. Now I am unable to check the status or contact anyone regarding the outstanding delivery due to the website error....

Been a NAMSHI customer for years and I used to love it. When it first started, it had one of the best customer service in the region. I dont know what happened lately, but I did not only speak to one, but two agents regarding a code that was not working, and they were both rude and treated me with disrespect. I believe this will be my last order. No matter how good the sale is, Id rather put my money where customer service is decent.

Naqel is by far the worst shipping company with the worst couriers.Courier sends a message in the morning for the location. He says he’ll be deliver it before 7pm. At around I get a message that says that I wasn’t available to accept the delivery. Lies. I confront the courier and raise a complaint with Naqel and Namshi. They raise a complaint and They then send another courier the next day. Same thing. Courier asks for location in morning. 8PM I message him to confirm if he has delivered it. My messages are ignored.This is a service I paid for, and Naqel and Namshi are doing nothing but raise numerous tickets/ complaints which do nothing to solve the problem!

Been 7 working days and order still under process, no proper live chat, no number to call, multiple follow ups and each time the same response from them.They used to be better but they have completely lost it now.Horrible response and service.Don’t recommend this place at all, please save yourself the time and money. Really poor customer service, response is slow sometimes no response at all. Be careful with refunds when returning multiple items, they will refund a few items and leave out higher priced items (thinking you wouldn’t catch it). Really disappointing!

After 5 days under process they contacted me asking to send my ID/passport for payment verification so I did and they confirmed they have received it. Then my order was cancelled after waiting more than 2 weeks without even letting me know why. What kind of service is this? I emailed a few days ago asking what happened and I still haven’t received any response. Your service is an absolute disgrace. You should pay more attention to your customers services or soon you won’t have any customers.

When I call them on the phone if I missed a delivery they are very helpful and they make sure I am super happy with the nee delivery. I have been using NAMSHI for a couple years and used to have much better customer service. Orders were delivered within days and returns/exchange items were picked up by courier same day if not within the next 2 days of creating the return item ticket.I placed a return order ticket on May 12th, with 16 items to return and one to exchange. After one week, I was still not contacted and my returns were not picked up. Yesterday, I cancelled the exchange item and changed it back to return item, so I had 17 items to be returned total. I received a reply asked how satisfied I was with Namshi’s support (when I still had not received any support). Today when I looked at my return ticket, I only had 9 items listed for the return instead of all 17. I want a refund and to return my items. I still cannot get in contact with any human to help with this problem. This is unacceptable!!

Misleading delivery times. Subscribed to their vip program where they are supposed to take up to 3 hours to deliver your order. They don’t meet up to this claim, 36 hours and still waiting, every time I call to ask about my order they say maybe today or tomorrow. Will be unsubscribing and not using them again.

If you want to waste your time and money ordering online, buy from Namshi.Even though I have entered my location while purchasing, gave it to them by phone MANY MANY times, send it by whatsapp to the driver and STILL I receive a call and a follow up email that the address is invalid and need to reconfirm?? What kind of system are they using? Above to that theyve mentioned the item will be delivered within 1-2 days, and guess what? Received it in a week after lots of annoying calls and emails.

I am just reading through reviews and am shocked to come across so many negative ones. I’ve been shopping with Namshi for about 2 years now and have never experienced anything less than exceptional service. My items are generally always delivered the next day, or on the second day at the worst. Returns are extremely quick and easy - they come right back and pick up the return items from your door. The quality is not always remarkable but they carry many low cost brands which I don’t expect amazing quality from. I’ve never had a quality issue when ordering items from their premium lines, and I’ve often found items at better prices on their site than from the actual brand retailer. All in all, thank you for changing the Dubai online shopping market and making it so easy!

Worst online Return/exchange/refund support by the worst customer service team of NAMSHI, I emailed them on 18th May 2021 OT #AE959370670 regarding the shoe pair delivered to me in which one shoe is what i ordered and the second shoe is another one but nobody has gotten back to me since then, I have sent 5-6 reminders on their email ID and no one will get in touch. I called the customer care twice in these 13 days of struggle, the guy (Ahmed) will say sorry (With no sense or being sorry) and that the manager of the particular dept. will call me but apparently both the times no call at all. Worst experience with this so called online Brand that has non customer centric employees.

I asked them to stop shipping process and requested reimbursement; however, they NEVER pay back to me although I requested the same again and again. I do not recommend EVERYONE to use this survive. I ordered an items for Eid and in the app it says that itwill delivered in 2 working days. Eid is approaching and I still did not receive my items so I keep calling them for follow up and told me that yesterday or today my items will be delivered. I called again today to follow up and was Informed that I still need to wait for 9 working days as the product is out of the country. I understand if the product is out of the country but you should Inform your customer ahead of time and dont put in the app that you will deliver within 2 working days. Now I should wait again for 7-10 working days for my refund! Im very disappointed!

I JUST LOVE NAMSHIs service!!!! I have never been a bigger fan of online shopping. Their returns and exchanges are incredibly smooth. One simply has to create a ticket for return and they turn up your door the same day or the day after.The quality and style is sometimes not as expected but if you are a person who orders in bulk, youll definitely keep a few if not all :)They are a bit overpriced but everything is just one or max two days away (saves me so much time and hassle, especially in this pandemic).

Today was one of my worst days. Reason is NAMSHI. We placed in an online order 2 days ago and then then early this morning around 7a.m, they send me a text message informing me of an upcoming delivery. Time check 6p.m and still no delivery in sight. The delivery guy calls 7p.m after i have bitterly complained with the company. Terrible, terrible service! ... A tiny piece of advice Namshi, please stop taking clients for granted. Its pathetic.

The worst online shopping experience. This is my first order with the company - 1 mens jeans with size 38x32. They delivered the wrong size ie. 40x32. I asked for an exchanged and waited the next day. I opened the exchanged package and still find the same size 40x32. The logistics of this company is horrendous.... can they not understand or read basic size? Its not rocket science! I dont recommend to buy from this online site... my first and definitely my last time. I just called their customer service and made clear of my dissatisfaction! I will escalate this issue to Dubai Consumer...

NAMSHI is one of the best online shopping experience I had so far in Dubai. I’ve been shopping with them for almost a year now. It’s so convenient. They deliver on the next day. Returns are scheduled immediately after placing the request and refunds processed quickly. You can reach the Customer service department via phone without any issues and the agents do what they say.

Quick to take your money. HORRIBLE aftersales. Namshi does not care about customer satisfaction at all. After speaking to 3 online chat agents, 2 email replys, 2 weeks and 1 phone agent, the simplest resolution could not be achieved. The product size was mislabeled and all I wanted was the correct size. No one was helpful or gave me useful information and finally after chasing for 2 weeks I was told that an exchange was not even possible!!! There is no appropriate channel to address complaints Namshi simply circulates a customers between different portals (phone, email, online chat). I was asked to wait for a call that never came and I dont feel my issue is being taken seriously enough to be addressed.Namshi may have monopoly on the quickest and most popular online apparel shopping and I believe that is the only reason people use them. But their flawed system, unhelpful staff, and terrible customer service leave such a bad impression and as a customer I have ZERO faith in them

The worst. They are supposed to deliver according to what is promised. Thanks to them my order is still under process because they have no systems in place. If you pay with any other card issued outside UAE, you will have to verify every time you order something. They say they have your ID when you send it the first time and yet every purchase afterwards is being put on hold for investigation, as you are the biggest criminal ever! Even though we are living in the age of 3D verification and fingerprint authentication for the payment. Furthermore with the confirmation email for the purchase they send in the same minute another email saying to send your ID, but disregard this email if you have send it already. So you disregard the email, unfortunately 1 day later still your order is pending! You have to contact them to see whats the problem, because you already have sent once twice even more times the same ID, SO YOUR NAME WONT CHANGE! CLOSE TO MIND ISNT IT!!!

I placed an order on 13DEC and received the item on 14DEC. Realized that I ordered a smaller size hence initiated an exchange for a bigger size on 14DEC. A horrible experience. They sent me an email with a promo code SAVE for mothers day, received between 10-11 a.m. I ordered immediately and accidentally forgot to enter the code. When I called their customer service to ask them to apply it, they insisted the promo had ended (!) I told them I could see it on their website banner (see attached) and that I had received their email but they insisted it was a problem with my email and my browser (!!!!!!) No apology, no honouring - just somebody elses fault (in this case, the customer! talk about Customer Experience!) and they wont do anything about it!

Ive been shopping with Namshi for almost two years. I always have a good experience from choosing items to delivery and even customer service over the phone. They are polite and will assist you with your concerns. When I do a return or exchange of an item, it is usually done the next day. This is the same for delivery. Namshi was and is still the benchmark in terms of service in the region.I ordered around 1pm and received my order within 6 hours. I requested a size exchange in the evening, which is very easy on the app. The exchange was delivered around 11am next day.Kudos to the ops team, keep up the good work!

I have had many good shopping experiences with Namshi. They always have good deals that I take advantage of. The only thing I want to bring up is their new brand TRENDYOL. I ordered this brand a few times and in all instances their sizing is completely off! Also I feel this brand is overpriced, for the quality they offer (which in my opinion is not good). Maybe Namshi can be more selective with their brands....

Weve been shopping from Namshi since almost 3-4 years now but recently have had a pathetic experience. We ordered a shoe and the size came smaller than what we were expecting. We requested for exchange and the team was prompt in bringing the new pair, however, they still brought the same size as we had. We returned it back and its been more than a week since and nobody has responded yet. Whenever we call, its the same usual reply, someone will get back to you shortly, or, upload some picture on the website and what not. Finally I had to call and ask for a refund but still nothing. The item was under the sale and the delay might be so that the sale is over and we dont get it for the same price again, but Namshi has definitely dented or lost a very long standing customer. They need to understand and stop acting as if theyre the only e-commerce company in the region. With service like this, Id rather order from one of the many around.

Would just like to know how is it fare to price with such huge price difference? Agreed there are customs charges and all still how namshi can be keep the amount so much? The brand I am talking about the mast and harbour by myntra where they have priced the top for aed 165 which is equivalent to Rs. 3350 .Dont you think its too much for same product? 40-50 aed extra would have understood. LOVE NAMSHI! Mainly for the delivery service. Its super fast and today the call centre made an error on the delivery address which meant the driver was sent to my home instead of my office to arrange an exchange. He then called the driver who was managing the area around my office to collect the return whilst he left the new parcel at my home, sending me pictures via WhatsApp to ensure I knew where it was left. Absolute worst experience with delivery service!Have spent over 9000 SAR in the last couple of weeks and the courier you choose to utilize, Aramex, is absolutely trash!I’m beyond angry that my Husband has to drive 20 minutes out and wait thirty minutes to meet the driver because they are too lazy to deliver as they’re supposed to at my home.•Indian guy says he quits delivery and goes home at 3pm when everything, including Aramex, closes down at 7pm (during the phase-out of lockdown)•Saudi guy never answers his phone or delivers and my husband has to travel clear across town to go pick up a package for delivery. (Pretty much it’s because my Husband isn’t Saudi...let’s just call a spade a spade)I will not be ordering any more from your company due to this issue.The delivery is half of a customer’s experience...use another delivery service please.I refuse to invest in this companies products if you can’t properly deliver the item. Namshi is better than Aramex. Give us, the consumer, the option of getting items delivered via UPS, Noon etc. I’d much rather have choices for delivery and even pay more for the delivery if it means a hastle free experience. Aramex is an unprofessional choice. Lazy and unprofessional people should not be Namshi’s go-to as a representation and, in part, an extension to the business. It makes your company look like garbage when you have incompetent halfwits in charge of delivery.

Really bad services, I just have been waiting more than 10 days and still the shipment is on the way! As the advertisement says within 2-3 days to deliver! You have take full responsibility of this delay instead of not care of your customer experience and be trusted

I ordered from Namshi 1 week ago and i got the wrong product so i wanted my money back and when i called they told me When the money is on your wallet you can call and they will send your money back to you. And i called today to get my money back and they told me its not possible and they will call me and maybe i can collect the money from a exchange company....this is unbelievable never had this kind of experience before with any other online company...they send you wrong product and u need to run behind your money if they will give u...i will not accept this and i advice everybody to not buy from this website.

Thank you for your excellent service. I ordered an adidas superstar and arived within 48hours but i realize that the size are bigger than i expected so requested an exchange from namshi mobile app and i received the replacement the next day. And their driver named Mudasir Ali is really nice and polite. Thank you namshi team!!!

Nice selecton of items...until all items arrive namshi is reccommended. However once you may have an issue with your delivery, and then dissapointment follows. I contacted support, via: phone, email, and the generic satisfaction survey. NOBODY called me back, nobody mailed me back...I am lucky my neighbour actually told me they got my delivery and brought the items to my house. If it was up to namshi, now I would be hundreds of dirhams poorer with nothing to show for. I have ordered many times...but this was the last.
