Hey! Everything here was so cheap...prices were from 1 to 10Aed in the shop...they kept their promise as stated. I got over 30 shirts for my.comoany staff...am coming back again the next time I visit Dubai...just a stone thrown from my hotel.

Everything in Gift Village is so cheap and they will have all the things that you would want to bring for your friends and family.

Staff is very rude here.no have manners to talk with customers. And they not have 100 aed change if u buy time 5 or 10 aed. Till 4:50pm. Even manager and supervisor also not available. Dirty staff dress. And have 5 to 6 counter. But always staff not there.only 2 or 3 counter open. No need to go this ..... shop. Better Ansar Gallery and other supermarket.

Bad, bad and very bad service. Especially the skin head wearing eye glass whos sitting near to refrigerator. He dont know how to talk to customer and he dont have idea what is *customer satisfaction..he only know how to treat the customer bad and talking bad in back of customer. Great place for budget shopping. We shop here for gifts, toys, stationary, perfumes, jeans, lingerie, bags, accessories etc. The stuff is value for money most of the time. Don’t expect to be served well though. I had a super bitter experience once. I bought a basic TRIPOD stand which I wasn’t satisfied by the quality and they refused to exchange the next day saying that “electronic items cannot be exchanged” when I insisted that it’s not an electronic item as it doesn’t have any connections or so, they were super rude and back answered me that “I shouldn’t teach them what is electronic goods and what’s not” and I could also sense that other staff members were laughing at and felt humiliating. It paranoid me but I realized that I cannot expect courtesy from illiterate staff. The stuff is cheap but so is the service. I simply tossed the TRIPOD STAND into the dustbin as it was if no use.

Its a nice place to shop. Its close to the Salah Al Din metro station. There are couple other places of attraction nearby but this place is good and not so expensive. The arrangement of products is a fair.
