Very Rude Staff... The male staff assigned in the evening refuse to assist you if you are Asian or of color! Very discriminating. They DO NOT even greet Asian customers who come inside the store, but only greet the white people, very obvious. Only at this branch (Brands For Less-Dubai Marina Mall) that this ever happens. Other branches-all staff are very polite and respectful. My wife as well, noticed that the female staff kept rolling their eyes on her WITHOUT ANY REASON AT ALL, or even if she just asks very politely about the items she was interested with-the lady staff glare at her, roll their eyes and sighs deeply. What is wrong with these people??? Is customer service supposed to be like this? We are never coming back to this branch again! IVE CERTAINLY WITNESSED IT ALL, AND COULD ATTEST TO IT- STAFF-EXTREMELY RUDE WITHOUT ANY REASON AT ALL!

Found what we’re looking for. Good location (near parking, restroom, and foodcourt). Staff are accommodating and welcoming!

Love this place! Theyve got some really cool stuff at very good prices. Staff is super friendly and on their feet all the time. Almost never over-crowded.
