I needed to laser print a logo on a resilient clip (used in the acoustics industry) and we were looking for someone who would fit our requirement.We came across this store in a Google search and got in touch with them soon after that.Azmat was my contact point and was quick to respond with information, expected completion time and price.This was only for a sample. I had approached a few other companies but it was extremely difficult to even hear back from them.When the time came for printing 3000 pieces of this clip, I had to coordinate with Azmat for delivering them and he was extremely supportive throughout the process.He then stated a completion time of 1 week, but finished the job well before that - very helpful to have these clips back.Appreciate all the help and would recommend them. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Zohaib Asif was extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy. Despite me provide the full artwork he tried to charge me for the design work. Then he tried to give me a discounted price for the artwork and then once he realised i did the work remove the charge but still tried to get full payment upfront despite in his own previous email asking for 50% of the full amount.When I asked to speak to a Manger he hanged up and when I tried to call again nobody picked up.Shame people behave like this. Utterly unprofessional

I had made an inquiry about face masks, acrylic partitions and a few other products. The masks were superb. Top quality and very clean with the exact print as requested. They had come to install the partitions before the given time. They have a wide range of products as well. Id highly recommend Deluxe. :)

Very bad service.I ordered 150 customized mugs for my engagement party. 1300 AED and we agreed that each mug will come in a small box. And huzaifa assured that it will be ready for collection in 3 days after the payment is done. It took 5 days to finish them they sent an email (after I kept calling asking about the time of collecting since its 2 days late and I didnt hear from them) that it will be ready to collect @3 PM I came to collect it @4:30 (keep in mind its a thursday @4 pm do you imagine the traffic in deira?) I reached I opened one of the big boxes and the mugs are not in their packaging (refer where its mentioned in the receipt in pic below)!!!!!!!! And he also told me that 5-6 mugs are still preparing and Ill have to wait????????? Excuse me my engagement is tomorrow and I have more important things to do!!!!!!!! After that he said youll have to wait for the small boxes and he asked me if I can fix the box myself? Sorry this is what we agreed on and Im very frustrated. I wrote this review so people can know that their service is really bad, the prices are not worth going through this, they dont meet the customers requirements and they are not honest about their delivery time.

So I still haven’t went there to judge if it’s good or bad I just wanted to know do they provide the business cards or the stuff they will print or do you have to buy the supplies and just give it to them to print someone please reply:) Much appreciated,

I have ordered translucent business cards from them. While the printing quality is good and they delivered on on time, it was a 3/5 job to me because the plastic sheets used were not as clean as they should be, many cards have scratches and marks on them. At this price point I was expecting the cards to be at least nice and clean.

I had an important job that had to be been done on a tight timetable. I thought the attachments i sent was OK when submitted but it wasnt and the staff was very quick in responding. They kept an eye on their telephones quickly. My activity was near nothing (under 200 pcs) and I felt the degree of association that was given resembled I had set in a sales for 1000+.

I gave these guys almost 50K of business and absolutely terrible customer service. This is your typical dirt low key conpany you do not want to deal with. I was charged extra (without invoice 2.5%). And, at first everything is good until the payment is yet to be made. I kepy my patience until this morning when these guys backed out a project thats due 5 days. (specially some guy by the name Rizwan)
