Very bad experience. The lady is not prepared to welcome the customer, she is rude and having attitude towards us, i know its hard to be pregnant but it not our issue that you are in bad mood 😒. I would give ZERO STAR AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH 🙃. Very awful experience.

I entered the store asking about the Frivole necklace, the small size, and the employee told me that you can find it in the gold market!!!!I do not know whether the employee encourages the purchase of imitation jewelry!Or shes making fun of me!!The situation shocked me to the point where I went to Chaumet and found the good treatment and the kindness of the reception.. I wish Van Cleef more attention to their employees and the way they deal with customers
