An ok place . Alot of items were not tagged . So it was difficult to keep going back to the counter . Space very small to shop .

Customer service in this branch is better than many branches of West Zone that I visited.Prices are not very attractive, but this is a place for quick shopping and all your essentials in stock.They sell pork and related items for non-muslim customer. And the branch has bakery section with ready to eat items in stock.

Lying in a good location, also has various resources to your everyday needs.

Little bit expensive but Items are good

Items are so expensive, prices sticked on the items are not same as on their system. I purchased 5kg bag of rice and the sticker on the rice shows AED 19.65 but after the cashier scanned the item he told me to pay AED 23 . and he collected that AED 23 from meAgain I purchased a dry line of AED 136 BUT cashier took AED140 , all their items are sticked with wrong Amount.

I have experience long time in West zone supermarket..

Very rude and pathetic customer service.I had an order of over 200 dhs and yet they refused to deliver to my place which is barely 10 minutes away by walk. Inspite explaining and requesting multiple times that as I was 8 months pregnant and needed someone to deliver the items, they rudely refused to support.

Very nice super market all household items are available here 24*7, very friendly and helpful staff. I lost my gold bracelet there and staff found it and keep it in safe and return it to me. I am very thankful to them.

It’s a nice hypermarket with a good amount of selection in products. However, the smell of the butchery and fish section is spread throughout most of the market and is inconvenient when shopping.

I pass the road where its on a daily basis and everyday i find a reason to drop by and buy something.This shop is popular among residents in the immediate area and for those motorist passing through who are in need of quick shopping.Great line of products and for an expat like me who misses home a lot, they even carry a lot of our home country brands in their shelves. Worst Branch In Dubai!! They have broken card machines and bad customer service! I had a problem with them regarding my card which got swiped twice now and took money twice until now they haven’t retured my money! Everytime I tell them to give me my money back they say “its only 10 dirhams”. They don’t get the meaning of customer satisfaction, they don’t get that it’s not about the money, it’s about building trust and loyalty between a customer. Absolutely the worst branch in Dubai!

Their high prices and lack of good treatment with customers claimed that they stay like this
