Some very good deals on sale. We picked quite a few household items and t shirts. The quality is great though on the pricier side. A charming, easy on the eye, enjoyable store.

Galeries Lafayette is a very nice store. We went to look for baby clothes and just look at their Christmas Tree selection. The employees where helpful but not over bearing. Would recommend stopping in just to have a look and who knows you might just purchase something.

The shop has household products, a coffee shop and a restaurant, perfume and accessories floor and many other things.If you are looking for products of good quality then this is your place in Dubai for sure.Don’t hesitate to ask for help as the staff are always helpful and will surely indicate to you where to go and how to get it.

Galeries Lafayette is my favourite departmental store at the Dubai mall. It’s a one stop store where you can find luxury goods/brands under one roof. When I went there shopping, I was given excellent customer service by one of the staff and I was very happy with the service and the quality of goods.

Upsacle french clothing store and cafe. I had been to cafe Lafayette for a coffee snack. I chose to have hazelnut coffee with assorted passtries. I must say the coffee was exceptional also the pastries.the staff is friendly and helpful. They have many other options to try. I shall visit them soon.

Kudos to the chef! The Singaporean noodle was very tasty, I loved the texture and happy that it wasnt too oily. Most restaurants where I have ordered this dish serves it either too oily or too dry. I also ordered the peach & honey Iced tea and that went well for my taste. I finished of with the choconut mille feuille along side with their french press coffee. The dessert to describe has 2 layered hazelnut filling which was separated with a type of waffle...Here are the photos to share my delightful experience with the food. By the way you can also avail the la fayette card that can get you a 10% discount!😉

We love GL everywhere, Dubai Mall included. Beautiful, calm, luxe labels and stunning sales staff who are not condescending... this is how all upmarket stores should be! Enjoyed shopping at Hugo Boss and chilling with coffee and juices at the cafe. Of course its expensive... but it IS the Galeries Lafayette!

The place is fine , Service was not as I expected , Waiter was very unhappy to serve , No greetings at all . They have a huge menu of different cuisines , My Husband tried the Italian and Ive tried the Japanese , Both were beautiful but the taste was just fine , Nothing special .

Good store with many nice brands and good discounts occasionally. The staff is friendly, however, there was an overload of staff when I visited last time. There were employees standing every 10 metres.

Pistachio flavor in both saint-honoré à la pistache and moelleux à la pistache were not as pronounced as expected. Dairy taste of the saint-honore was too heavy. However, the chocolat et orange was the best I have ever had. Service was just average.

Great household items for your every need. No, although it’s not a miniature IKEA you ll still find it quite useful. Not overpriced but still some things don’t look like they’re worth their price. Bought a lot from here and I’ve never been unimpressed. It has a cafe,which is also good. Brings in new things according to the month of the year. Would recommend.

I went there before 6 month the food was bland and it had no texture tiny portion for pasta and risotto for the price i paid

This place has an amazing ambiance, and to my surprise they have gourmet inside which is really remarkable for me, ive always known this as luxury fashion and clothing but when I went and dine inside I really enjoyed it, the food has reasonable price yet very tasty! Also on the gourmet section they have corner which they sell amazing tea, chocolates and lot of goodies for a reasonable price!!! I really recommend to visit Galeries Lafayette!

PositiveI like how the beauty section had upgraded and now offers niche perfume.NegativeAssistants distract me a lot by following me around and trying to sell perfume instead of letting me try what I’m actually interested in by myself. Sometimes it bothers me so much I leave.

This is a great stop if youre looking for something a little different from all the other designer department stores. There are a few unusual and quirky labels here I havent noticed on my travels through Paris, for both mens and ladies.If you happen to be in town when the sales are on, add galleries Lafayette to your itinerary, you wont be disappointed

Tried this place many times, unfortunately my review lacking enough photos right now because I forgot to take them, the food was so delicious that I completely forgot about snapping some shots : )it is a place that offers many cuisines, overall the food is really tasty, I was rarely disappointed here, highly recommended to visit (Just dont forget to try their Moroccan tea)!!Also the place has a play area for kids in case you want to spend some kids-less time ; )

The Italian food was amazing. The Casadia was spicy. Its a bit over priced but may be its the the location not the food quality. Slow service.

We had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come and give us the menu.I had to go to service station where the waiters were chatting and request for their attention to come and serve us some water.I thought we can now relax and enjoy the rest of the day but I was wrong.10 minutes past and still nobody showed up to take the order.I had to go to the cashier and ask for the manager who came after 5 min and said that he will assign someone to take our order.I felt that we are now privileged that someone at least came to the table.Finally the waitress came to take the order.We had sushi and juice.The time came to leave and pay the bill.I informed the lady that I have entertainer voucher and I want to use it.The lady told me Im sorry but the sushi is not included in the offer and I forgot to inform you.I can go on and on..including the fact that chef Kevin came to the table and said he can compensate us with some cookies...???Totally not recommended!

You can make your own Salad the way you like it. You can choose your own topping / dressing. We usually choose fresh whole fish to be grilled and eat it with basmati white rice. The food variety is nice. Usually they have buffet lunch every Friday.

Just love the vegan cafe and the boon coffee here. Not much of a shopping fan but the atmosphere and high quality food and desserts are amazing. Im more comfortable here than the branch in Paris. Very relaxing. Iftar in Ramadan is also something k never miss.

Best place in dubai for kids cloths, evening dreeses from famous designer.

Today I came into LV and shop assistant behave like she is the queen of the world. I asked to see different sizes and colors for the bag, which cost 10k+ and she was so unhappy about it that I just went away. It is not acceptable to receive such attitude in a luxury store.

Galleries Lafayette Gourmet is our favourite venue for major meals. All major cuisines are covered in the menu. Love the Thai curry and sushi there. If u r in Dubai mall...U shud stop by this place for a relaxed n yummy lunch or dinner.

My favorite section is occasion dress wide selection of Unique brands as well as well known names like missoni and Julian dumani. Lots of offers during the year . Also their restraint is our favorite stop while shopping with family and kids .they also have playing venue for the kids . Where you can leave your toddler or young kids happy for hours . Amazing perfumes and make up experts. I always find what I want when I have a special occasion. At a good range of prices .

Great place to go with a group or family especially with younger children. The dining area at the top has a wide variety of food from asian to italian, the quality is good and food is tasty. The service is top notch and some of the best I have ever encountered in a Dubai restaurant or hotel. Coffee at the cafe has a little to go to compete with competitors in the mall but this is a minor comment.Special shout out and commendation to Nitesh who was absolutely superb and catered to every need for a huge group of people which requires patience.The play area although can be crowded is also very good for younger kids.Highly recommended for a chilled family day out.

The waiter had us wait for 40 mins for Turkish tea and wen we realized that we are not going to get it we just left without getting the tea... Restaurant was half empty... And even when the lazy waiters saw we were leaving they never even bothered to ask

A really fancy place. They have huge numbers of brands and each brand has its own section which could be a bit confusing if you are looking for a product regardless of its brand and youll have to check all brands one by one. They had very good sale up to 70% on bags... Id definitely consider it next time i visit

Most humiliating experience in the Uae. I was attended by Mr. Malak at the Giorgio Armani beauty section. He was extremely impolite and does not serve the Standard of Customer Service. I was asked to leave the product and leave as I was looking for a Lipcolor for Christmas. I was horrified with his speech and disability to Hear before he speaks. I even filled out a complaint letter and do hope He is asked to Up his standard of Customer Service.

Very expensive place to buy. Would not recommend for normal people.

Nice dinner at the Lafayette Gourmet of Dubai Mall. The seating was quite comfortable with the Chesterfield sofas and the relaxed atmosphere . The food was very nice and specially the delicious Éclair au Chocolat. I was also happy to get a small discount with my BHV Lafayette fidelity card.

The worst store you can ever buy from first the sales person will run after you keep chasing to buy and guess what they have no refundable policy at all I bought home fragrance with 500 dirhams and they refused to refund it and manager told me it’s just 500 not a big amount excuse me how could a manager assume that’s not a big amount for me how dare he say such a dumb thing to customer what so ever.. I won’t enter this place again.. it doesn’t make the customers smiles or loyal to them they want your money and have no customer care..
