While I have no doubt the doctors are very competent in their field, sadly I will never concretely know since I was completely dissatisfied with their service.I have attached photos of their supposed membership card with coupons. This booklet cost 50aed. I wanted to get the free dental cleaning but the dentist told me they would only do the lower half of the mouth and if I wanted both halves then Id have to pay extra. Im like to myself, does one only use the lower half of their mouth when chewing or eating ?Completely deceptive marketing. Tsk. If I had known Id have to pay extra, then I would have used the services of other clinics and paid for it justifiably instead of this FREE one that you paid membership for, but only get HALF the service.

They advertise cheaper rates online and once you go in for consultation, they add a 1000 AED for random reasons. They try to upsell everything and make it seem like you have suchh a difficult case. None of the 3 other dentists I consulted thought I had a difficult case, its pretty straightforward actually.Incompetent staff, made me come in twice because the first time their orthodontist wasnt even available for a proper consultation.Would not recommend. Didnt feel like they genuinely care about patients, but care more about making you pay for extra stuff that you dont even need.

My daughter had a GREAT First dental experience with White Line Dental Clinic, Mizhar.Dr. Fathima Warda has an amazing skill of dealing with kids. The staff were also very friendly and supportive.Thank You White Line for your wonderful service. I highly recommend this clinic👍

I had my first ever root canal done in one of the clinics nearby(not to mention the clinic name)Unfortunately the pain got worse and it led me to White Line Dental Clinic. I wanted to remove the tooth at the same day but there is one doctor named Sumaiya who assisted me. And she saved my tooth. She is very calm and the whole process was extremely smooth. I highly recommend Doctor Sumaiya of White line dental clinic. 👌👌👌

I must say that I am very happy with the outcome. I had a whole smile reconstructure - crowns, bridges + veneers so you can imagine a lot of work. After two weeks & 3 visits everything was as I hoped. My teeth looks amazing and I need to say big thank you to Dr. Navas. My review includes two topics ..In my life, I have not faced a situation with Dr. Zee, the situation that you exposed to a doctor named Sumaya. A doctor does not know what her job is nor her specialty in the workplaceFirst, I waited 30 to 45 minutes, and when she entered it, the first thing she said was that we would leave the clinic after a quarter of an hour. And when I kindly showed me kindly that she was doing a revelation, I said to myself: Cut your goodness. I sat and went to the reception and asked about me. I was amazed. The first time I came back, I saw my teeth, and you asked me how you are, Jay Cache, and no coupon. And how he defended. I didnt understand, she is not asking these questions, and when I asked her, why did you ask me and I am sincere about all these matters with the reception? She told me that I have to pay in a different way of payment, or you can make me pay more. I did not give her the opportunity to make fun of me more, and I told her that you want to stop the clinic and go, and I will not come to your mind to work and play with me right and left. When I did not know, she answered me, she told me fairly, and blessed me, because I did not like her style.
