I brought my 7 years old daughter to this clinic Dr. Mohammed Zayed. He is really the best kids dentist! He knows how to convince young children to do difficult treatments and he does a perfect job.I would recommend him to any one has children and would like to visit a dentist.

Dr Isabella is a very good dentist. My wife and I have been trusted her for 5 years now. She gives you the right diagnostic and do not push you to do more than what you need.The reception staff is friendly, smily and helpful.

My third visit to see the amazing Dr Hendrik! What can I say … He is the absolute best :) I went for a consultation the first time and he explained the process of gum cleaning to me, took pictures and made me feel comfortable. The second and third time was when I had the procedure done, it was painless and quick thanks to him and my teeth look and feel great!

We took our daughter for braces here on a recommendation. Our initial experience at The Souq branch was disappointing but our concerns were immediately taken care of by their supporting staff and management. Over the course of the year, my daughter started seeing Dr. Salaam - she’s an experienced professional, very good with kids and my daughter has had a wonderful experience thus far. Her braces go off this month and so far I can say our experience has been great. I would highly recommend Dr Salaam and Nicolas & Asp for any parent concerned about their children’s dental health. Their hygienist is also very good - very thorough and keeps you well engaged and informed.

Doctor Shadi did an amazing job, no one wants a root canal but he put me at ease very quickly. I was in and out amazingly fast, he explained what he was doing as he did it and showed me pictures after, it was truly an uneventful visit. If you need root canal, this is your guy....Very pleased, I may go back for another ,it was so pleasant.

Dr Mariam Rasoul is actually the best dentist I have ever been to (and I really *dont* like going to the dentist)! Extremely gentle touch with the utmost care of every movement in my mouth. Fully and consistently managed my expectations throughout the appointment and gave effective advice to avoid and mitigate recurring issues.Highly recommended to everyone!My wife used Ms Eleanor and she gave the highest rating and recommendations for her also.

First time to try Drs. Nicolas & ASP and I was so impressed by the service, professionalism and dental skills they have. Dr. Veronica was excellent and gave a very thorough cleaning and tips. You could feel they really care about your dental health. Reception was very hospitable and efficient. Rasha was great!

4 months in severe pain after meeting Dr. George Shoukry...One of the worst experiences in my lifeI first visited the clinicin April for normal tooth pain and ended up in more than 12 sessions for one tooth, it started with normal filling to the root canal. Unfortunately the pain he caused me and the poor advice that was always late and always come after the sessions. For example, the Dr will work and when he is done he will advise different pressure that he will not mention in the first place which is painful, very costly, and time-consuming, I used my fully dental insurance twice at the clinic plus I paid more than 6K and the problem is still there. My advice thinks twice before you choose your dentist. Not everyone is reliable and trustworthy. I am very disappointed and still in pain.

Dr Chadi Jumeriah branch very disappointed with the service . I did RCT no proper instructions dentist gave . I was o. Horrible pain for3 days didn’t even prescribed analgesic nor informed about the pain which too severe unbearable. I called d clinic LIC helpline as still I was no unbearable pain hot slight fever , swelling on left face and ear and explained to Helpline executive so can contact or call back after communicating with my initial dentist Dr Janusz he treated well before so I can speak or can visit the dentist . I got a call from helpline stating I need to visit dentist wants to have a check so need to come to the clinic. I booked and got the appointment for evening to my surprise dentist didn’t even had a single check on tooth he just asked me what’s the symptoms and I asked it’s normal to have this sought of pain that too 3 days of RCT he said it happens and informed him I took pain killer still it’s same every 4 hours pain increases shooting pain he told he will give antibiotics for five days twice a day and just gave the prescription without the diagnosis and didn’t even tell reason why that pain , didn’t check at least to see RCT is fine if it’s just talking they would have done over the call and sent prescription via my email . When I went to pharmacy as no diagnosis u paid for it . I work in medical claim insurance imagine provider behaves this way that too paying high charges . I just had a root canal done by Dr. Chadi El Sioufi and although everyone warned me about the pain , i didnt feel a thing , if u ever need a laughing fun root canal Dr Chadi at Dr. Nicolas & Asp is the man at their Jumeriah branch .

Poor appoitment managment. They book them back to back leaving no room for extra time. I had to wait 40 minutes because someone before me took longer than expected. Wont recommend.

13 Feb 2021 – extremely disappointing experience at Drs. Nicolas & Asp.Inspite of inquiring with the receptionist & dentist (Dr. Daniel) AND receiving confirmation that my treatment was fully covered by my insurance, I was presented a bill of AED471.04 AFTER the treatment. Their reason – copay which I should ‘know’. There was no accountability taken that both (ir)responsible employees did not inform me inspite of asking. Instead, Dr Anita M Nair (although not present during this fiasco) has made biased uninformed claims that ‘all protocols have been followed at our ends’ and ‘the patient made a scene at the Reception and accused everyone and refused to pay”. Red alert for those hapless potential patients intending to visit this clinic.

Find a good dentist in Dubai with European quality standards is not easy. I came here for teeth cleaning and polishing, and it was very well done, both from an attitude and quality prospective. Dr. Izabela in the main branch on Jumeirah Road.

Doctor was great, Reception was disappointing, not so kind, and accommodating to customers, like robots, only looking at the computers in front of them. Then they said the system was down. The waiting time before and after appointment was way more time consuming, than the doctors appointment itself. First time to come to this branch, and all i saw was customer complaining here and there. dont know if i will ever come back again even if our preferred doctor is there.

To charge nearly Aed1200 for a 30min visit that involved a single simple filling and 2x X-rays plus a very brief general look around, picking at a single tooth is beyond ridiculous. What a rip off.

I came before my appointment by 10 min. And Im waiting more than 15 min after my appointment. Very disappointed on the time management. People have other things to attend. Waste of time and money1- It took over 2 month for a treatment of root canal + fixing a crown2- Over prices, consumed all my insurance limits3- Unprofessional, the crown is lost just one month after the installation4- Money makers business, They charged me1500 dhs for replaced crown , which was there mistake.

Went for hygiene appointment with Dr. George Shoukri. Cleaning didn’t take more than 10 minutes and it was the messiest hygiene cleaning ever!!! Water was all over my face! Moreover, the day after I went for my retainer check at the same clinic and the dentist told me: “it would’ve been better if you’ve went for cleaning first.” The dentist said the back of my teeth is very unclean as if I haven’t done cleaning since a long time.

After visiting 3 different dentists in Dubai for braces, I was relieved and happy to find a Dentist who was concerned with my dental health and not my insurance cover. Dr Salam came recommended for a consultation for braces and has not failed to disappoint. I have never been treated in a bad manner like this clinic. I went to the clinic after 10 PM and the reception was rude and after that I have told the Dr. that I have a sever pain. He without proper checking told me that I have to remove the SMART tooth. He insisted that all the pain because of that. He took an x-ray for no reason but to have more cash out of me (AED 450). Ive told him several times that the teeth has nothing to do with my pain, but he without even checking properly my teeth insisted that the SMART tooth is the issue. I left him and went to another clinic where the Dr. has checked my teeth without a need for an x-ray and he said to me its obvious that the gums has a bad infection which need to be treated ( cost me exactly AED 0 zero).Never ever be there again and will never recommend the clinic.

Girlfriend had to get two root canals done here and they both failed. Now after a second opinion she has to get the tooth extractedThe dentist also said she had 9 cavities and would need three root canals, but a second opinion never suggested such an intense treatmentBrilliant work lads!

Really poor and disappointing customer experience. I had booked for an appointment at 6pm at the Jumeirah 3 branch. I called as a courtesy saying I’d be 10 minutes late and I was told it’s noted and ok. 2 minutes later I get a call saying that the doctor has an “emergency” so he needed to reschedule... we all have bad days and long days or cases that we don’t want to be late to an important personal appointment, I can understand that but don’t LIE to your customers please!

Dont go anywhere else in Dubai! Here you get a professional treatment and professional opinion without them trying to sell you unnecessary treatments.I tried other dentists in Dubai and some told me its required to replace all my fillings etc.Then Dr. Nicolas told me after a regular check-up that everything is great and theres no need to do or replace anything. Dubai needs more places like this - professional and honest!

Dr. Salam Khayyat is amazing. Went to her for braces for my son. Quality care for the two years of treatment. Not only professional and very capable, but warm and personable as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Salam for anyone needing orthodontic work.

I have been to so many dentists but like Dr Salam Alkhayyat I have never met! She is sympatahtic, fast and keeps quality and perfection to its high standards. I don’t know why do people talk highly about this clinic?!! I got 6 fillings done on dec 12 and the Dr. Who did my fillings didn’t tell me that the fillings are close to the nerves!! I heard that from a different dr in the same clinic and guess what 5 teeth will be needing root canals!! HOW ETHICAL OF YOU.. i want my money back n i will go to a different dentist.. just horrible

The worse customer service, everytime i reach all the way to the clinic for them to start requesting approvals from the insurance and never done right.Got messed up in approvals twice and had to wait at the clinic for them to fix it with the insurance.

This is one of best dental clinics in Dubai only pricey otherwise very professional. If your medical insurance covers you then by all means go!
