Dr. Rabi or Ravi has a very light hand.. it is like nothing but dont get me wrong.. what I mean is..she is an efficient dentist. Ive never met a dentist as light handed as she is. I like also on how she put the rubbers. I like her assistant also today..shes a jolly one. They were 👍👍👍 today. God bless.

This clinic offers an alternative affordable solution for a patient. I wouldn’t say it is cheap, but for sure, it is lower than the market place. However, my experience with this clinic is dreadful, the receptionists are often not helpful/flexible with their appointments system and at same time, when you go for walk-in, they do not have a system at all. I just don’t get the rationale on why would someone go for procedure and then follow up check up later on and then, no available appointment booking. I think it is anticipated that if you do procedure, there is a follow up or there is no guarantee that the procedure would be successful. In addition, the person at the reception is friendly with the patient she likes, otherwise, she isn’t friendly or professional at all. In addition, one of them has favouritism. This is not a kindergarten school that you will have your favouritism during the process. I have noticed that I have visited several times and I have not received a single smile from her (like as if she is having a bad day, who doesn’t! And that she is doing me a favour by answering my queries). The whole concept of the clinic is Hollywood Smile and she can’t even smile?? Dr. Emad was lovely, but again, the way that things are being handled here is just not acceptable. Staff were loitering in the corridor and talking so loud like as if it was a market place. As mentioned from the beginning, it is an alternative affordable solution to patients with dental issues, but even if it is an affordable solution, the services are not free and as a patient/client, it is still mandatory that services are being delivered the best way possible.

Dr.Feras is the kind and professional doctor in the clinic with much experience and knowledge. He will consult you very detailly and honestly. You need to book the appointment with Dr.Feras in advanced because he is always busy. Many patients made appointment with him only. Even myself had to wait for a week to have his consultant and treatment.

Before the service is good, but now its become poor service to me. I don’t know why they’re hurrying up for cleaning teeth, in just 3 minutes its done. I will now looking a new dental clinic rather to go back in that clinic.

The Philippino receptionists has the worst attitude towards everyone. Its extremely dirty. Talking with them without falling into rage is impossible. The covid 19 measures are not adhered to at the waiting area, dental assistants are not wearing masks. Ive seen an assistant coming out of a room with gloves, opening the door and attending to a patient with the same gloves after touching the handle of the door. When you hear the name you think of a modern clinic with high standards, just to be surprised and see the dirtiness and rudeness of reception. The doctors are very mediocre, nothing special about that place except of the specially bad attitude.

It is so well organized and friendly specially the receptionists they are so kind and respect. Many thanks to Hollywood smile for the friendly dealings with patients and I am so satisfied because the clinic so clean and its price so comfortable and cheap.I will give 5 stars because of the professionally treatment of my bridge.God bless all the stuff and protect them.

Very bad experience I came for my second time tooth cleaning and this Male Dentist I don’t know exactly if Syrian or Pakistani, he almost digging deeply my teeth and It’s very painful. I requested him to make slowly and gentle but he said that this is normal I need to take the risk. My girlfriend suffered the same bad service after me. This kind of service is very unprofessional, I am twice a year regularly having teeth cleaning but I didn’t experience that kind of service. Believe me if he cannot change that kind of service all your customer in future will not comeback and gradually dried up.

I bring my kabayan friends there with appointment but what happen is, there is a old lady grabbing the other nationality patients and put first inside the room and we ended waiting for maybe 1hr.Your clinic is good but the system is not you have to follow the que or prioritize the people with appointments to think that your patient is more on kabayan you have to be fair.

The Syrian dentist shouldn’t hold a certificate to perform any treatment.Couple days ago i tried to fix a very tiny smal Caries and have them filled with white filler, what he did is digging deeper and wider than normal or required, and here i mean 70 procent of my teeth which made me scream from having pain, lucky me i have an x ray photo plus normal pictures for the Caries, since couple days i cant take the pain at all which wasn’t painful at all, i went to another dentist that said that dentist in Hollywood smile is very known of such a behavior, just to force the client to come back again to hem and pay more and more and finely to set for you an expensive crown and so that he would be hitting 2 goals, working on first project in addition to destroy your tooth and 2nd to come back to him pigging hem to do something to have less pain, and for sure no other solution after destroying your tooth but to have a crown or those fabric tooth.I will make an official complaint to 1st Dubai economy development department and ministry of health with my evidence.Please avoid all visiting this place.For sure the owner will respond with( please call us , or we are sorry to hear that, diplomatically) I challenge you to solve it here in public with me and i will write both if solved with you or not, if you all don’t witness a solution between me and them here in public so you can know who’s right.Very painful bad experience
