Terrible experience!! Rude receptionist!I called before making laser hair removal appointment to make sure they are using a machine I am looking for and they said they do. Receptionist confirmed that to me even 2 times. I brought my mom with me, and when she finished her session and I entered the room I saw they are not using the machine they told me they do! After addressing this issue to receptionist I spoke over the phone earlier, she didn’t let me talk but interrupted me with “Ok, what do you want?”.I would not bother much and write this review if they were willing to return the money that I paid in advance for the second session for my mom and me. Especially, that I liked their dentist and already recommended to my friend. But, this is not the way they should deal with the customer and catch people by saying they can offer service that that can not!Obviously I have to go again and do second session I paid for, but I do not recommend this place and will not go there after I finish my second session.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. Ive done my pain-free root canal treatment and Special Thanks to Dr. Mohamed Al Najar!Highly recommend! 🙂

I came to Dubai just for this clinic because I got a good vibe from them right from the time I placed an enquiry online. The receptionists are welcoming, the ambience is astonishing, the views are fabulous and the treatment is absolutely worth it! Dr Alnajar is the most amazing person ever and puts 100% effort in every single session. He is just a master in his field and you can see it from the way he works. Also special thanks to Aliya & Rounil for making me feel so welcome in the clinic. Highly recommend! 🙂

I dont like at all ... Since more than three weeks we are waiting orthodontist doctor for just a consultation ... They are just simply shifting the appointment to next week.If the appointments like that, what kind of professionality the center has ...

Honestly i have never felt this comfortable in any clinic else !! Dr Mohamed is a real honest dentist and professional !! he notice and cares about every single detail no matter if it is small or big !! the whole staff treat me as i am the last patient in their clinic lol i love them !! receptionists, nurses, dentist and manager very very cool and decents .. they dont care about working hours for clinic when i come late and get in late .. they just do the treatment carefully and very nicely .. thank you guys a lot and will always recommend you for everyone and tell how great and professionals you guys are

This place is strongly recommend, Dr Sina is amazing, he is so helpful and so supportive, he explained what he is doing, did a follow up to make sure am doing well after the visit, and on the top of they dont charge a lot as most of the clinics in Dubai

I booked a consultation with dentist at this clinic. Once I have arrived exactly at the time of my agreed appointment, I was waiting 45 minutes for nothing. The services are not the best, was not satisfied. Also I would highly advise them to change to type of scent in the office, it is super strong and bad smell, not pleasant to sit there at all.

I have known this place through Instagram ads. I decided to book an appointment on June 14th for teeth whitening . I reached on time , however they let me wait for 40 min. I decided to ask the receptionist to cancel my appointment. Normally , any receptionist would ask for the reason. However, she didn’t even bother herself to know why , but I told her the reason. Yet, she wasn’t discipline in her reaction. She wasn’t looking to my eyes while I was talking. Such places need to train their receptionist etiquette of talking to their patients. Doing ads isn’t enough. Patients satisfaction is vital. For a place like dubai, there are plenty of clinics. I’m definitely not going back to them.
