The spa experience was amazing! The staff were super sweet and helpful, very professional and clean. The 60 min massage was worth it, really released a lot of stress from my shoulders and the jacuzzi experience was super nice as well! Would definitely recommend Sofitel downtown spa !

I had a 60-min massage with Lisa and it was truly amazing. I asked for medium pressure and she did a wonderful job, my body felt new at the end. Not all massage therapists get it right but she did.The spa area is small compared to other hotels, but there is steam and sauna and overall I enjoyed my time. There isn’t really a relaxation area except the seating in front of the changing rooms.I recommend trying this spa if you care for the quality of your massage and not too fussed about the amenities.

This is a 2nd treatment for us after the first wasnt as expected and what a difference. The service of the masseuse were on-point (pardon the pun) pressure was as asked for and attentive.We did a couples massage for 60 minutes and it was 60 minutes if pure painful bliss. Were both lead a very active lifestyle with lots of exercise and dont get to do this enough. Today now feels like my birthday, I feel great the missus feels relaxed and rested! Cant wait to make a follow up appointment.I believe it was the Mgr that checked us in and checked us out and she was very attentive and ensured we had a memorable experience.

We had couple massage and it was prefect. Each therapist adapted to the Individual needs and wishes. After the massage we had some time in our private jacuzzi which was the cherry on the cake :-) Super clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing spa day, I was fortunate to enjoy a full body massage and a facial at the facilities. The hotel were brilliant as they accommodated 5 of us at the same time. The massage was wonderful, I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after it. Thank you for providing a discount too 😊 truly recommended this when your in Dubai!
