What a nightmare! I took my external hard drive to them for diagnostics since it was not working. I took it to their office on Saturday early afternoon. An hour later I get a email with a preliminary diagnostic workup and a quotation for 2200 dhs, so I decided to get another opinion before committing.Once I received the quotation I called to go pick up the hard drive only to find out that they closed at 2pm. I really wish someone would have communicated to me when I gave them the drive that I under no circumstance would get my drive back till the next day.They offered to send it to me, at my expense, with a courier the next day. Unfortunately they decided to use some unreliable cheap courier service and now it appears Ill be lucky if I receive the drive tomorrow. Who know if my information will survive the trip with the courier!Just another example of horrible communication, very basic understanding of English and a miserable customer service. I have no idea how good they are at data recovery, maybe they are great at it...but based on how they handled my very basic requests I would rather deal with someone else totally. 3/12/2017

Wow! I have no words to thank Oksana and her team. My iPhone 7 suddenly stopped working. It was stuck on Apple screen. My husband gave it to a repair shop. They installed iOS 12 in it and then it got stuck in the restart loop. It kept getting hot as well. I thought I had lost all the memories of my sons birth 8 months ago. I however experienced very poor potential customer management:- I made a request for a data recovery of an SSD M2 Nvme and got a quote from Angel Data recovery at 2800 AED.- I asked for another quote from another company and got a price of 940 AED.- I therefore asked Angel Data recovery if they had understood well my request because of the huge difference in price and got an extremely disrecpectful answer highlighting that if I was ok to engage with unprofessional people, I didnt have to waste their timeIn the end, I got the data recovery (perfectly) done by Lifeguard data recovery for 600 AED (price difference of 400%...), who ironically highlighted on the professionalism of Angel Data recovery.
