I had to order a last minute bulk batch of t-shirts for my class, and InkMash managed to get them all screen printed and complete in 2 days! Everyone was very happy with the final product, and the fabric was really nice quality (despite the finishing stitches on the inside being quite poorly done). I ordered a shirt and a hoodie with my chosen prints for a very special occasion, my father’s 80th birthday. The website was showing that my order was processing.. 4 days later it was still processing so I called to check what’s going on. The lady who answered explained that my payment was not made so they did not make it. Of course I was very disappointed, have I known there was a problem, I could have rectified it. And they give misleading information on the website that my order was PROCESSING. They lack or have zero communication to customers unless the customer is the one to call.

I was so pleased with my experience with InkMash despite one glitch as their team recovered the mistake in a very professional and swift manner.First, I chose them for the simplicity of using their website to create the designs I wanted. Just great and super fun with previews so that you are sure about what the end product will look like. Then, I received what I ordered in a matter of 2 days! Finally I found the quality of the tshirt itself and the prints absolutely great.They were so nicely folded that I did not take them out of their plastic package (pic attached). However, when I gave them as a gift to my husband and as he opened it, I was disappointed to see there was a print missing in the back of one t-shirt.Nevertheless, I am still giving 5 stars to this service for the quality and for their recovery, as they sent someone to pick up the t-shirt the next day and I received it with the print the same evening! I have sent them a drawing that I specifically wanted the hoodie to be designed like, and they clearly stated that it’s doable. Unfortunately after I paid they sent me an incomplete design stating that they can’t do some stuff that are in the drawing. I would’ve appreciated it, if they said that they can’t do it before I paid, giving the fact that they had few days to look at the drawing and decide wether or not it’s doable.

I ordered a mug with photo print and got it in hand even before the time they promised me to. It took not even 24 hours for InkMASH to do it. The mug is amazing and their services too. Dwayne John customer support assistant was of great help. Thank you InkMASH. :)

Disappointed.. I’ve ordered my customized iPhone case and it took them two weeks to send to me. The cover came in low resolution and bended. What is more annoying is that they said it suits iPhone x / xr, but it doesn’t cover the edges of my phone.I wanted to collaborate with them but seeing the quality made me change my mind

Unfortunately i had very bad experience with them since i visited shop two times and still could not get job done. They dont have standard prices, they need to check with someone who obviously have prices in the head so when that guy is not around they cant give you quotation.Also, they dont have t-shirts to try in all sizes so they offer same size regular t-shirt and we were buying polo shirts in big quantity, its very unprofessional.-- Answer on response from owner below--Considering that you are promoting online design and online printing on your web site and not being able to close the deal with 2 personal visit to your location is really disappointing.Also, maybe is idea to be consider, changing your FOH with whoever is giving those google review answers. You might be able to close more deals and have more happy costumers.

The print I ordered on a mug turned out great, I had to make some changes and they were very helpful with the overall process. It was all done in a timely fashion and Im very satisfied with their services! Probably will be getting more custom printed items from them again

I found the staff to be polite, but the company initially failed to deliver a quality product (the products I ordered were incorrect, with obvious misprints and discolorations). It took a full month to get the product to me with correct coloration. I was unhappy with the delivery date and product delivered, and when I asked about cancelling my order they fully refunded my order in addition to sending me the correct covers. I was treated the way I would treat people if I owned my own business. Highly recommend them as a company.

Wanted to order a custom hoodie as a gift for a friend before I left Dubai, and I made sure to place my order 5 days before my flight just to be sure, however due to the unavailability of stock and delayed communication of the workers, my order was cancelled twice and after calling multiple times was offered an alternative AED 55 more expensive than my original request 1 and a half days before I had to leave. Ended up without a present!Friendly staff, however customer service is terrible. Review based purely on this experience and not on the quality of the products.
