MSC bellissima was great experience. Luxury and 5 star ship.

I will never go on this or with this cruise company ever again while the cruise itinerary was very interesting and something that Ive been wanting to do the cruise itself was Horrendous we were on the Belissima cruise and it was Built-in 2019 and the boat itself was very pretty.The food was terrible both in the buffet and restaurants there is very little staff so the attention that you get is minimal the wait is very long and there are parts of the ship that are coming apart for example in the bathrooms the handles word screwed on correctly the cleanliness was terrible I still saw dust on the windows mold around the hot tubs there was also rust that was clearly seen in various parts of the boat even though it was new the you can tell at the end of a carpet seems that it was glue down because you could still see the dried glued to the floor they nickel and dime you a for everything a typical drink alcoholic drink will cost you no less then $15 or so may be around 12 there is also a surcharge for every the thing that you buy another thing is that our bill was incorrect and to correct our bill it took us over 3 hours 1 hour in line at the reception and then 01 and a 1/2 hours in line to get the money which didnt even work I ended up going back to the counter and I had to cut in line and ask for more information as to how I could get my bill rectified and I was told a completely different answer so I wasted all of my time for nothing distaff do not know anything above the ports they dont know the specifics about the city and they are completely clueless as to how to help you when youre at a specific port the lines going everywhere are extremely long I mean honestly this boat was made with dollar store items again the food was awful the basic package is very expensive there is no Wi-Fi on board that is free you have to pay an average of $39 A-day the packages are ridiculous Li expensive there are luxury stores on site but I laugh at what they consider luxury the brands of purses I saw were only guess no coach no other brands available may be a few our money exchanges but that needs to be revisited if theyre going to be selling luxury brands honestly in the United States I can find a guess purse for less than $20 not at a ridiculous $100 price there are jewelry stores available Theyre extremely expensive but youre better off going to your local jewelry store again there are very few staff members they looked overworked they are very understaffed it is a very UN organized and I will never go on this cruise line ever again this cruise line needs to take a look at their entertainment system the cruise director needs to be replaced the shows were ridiculous sum of of the actors Attire were coming apart at the show there was a dress that was coming apart at the seams some of the shows did not make any sense whatsoever the cruise director was trying to be funny but quite honestly he could have done a better job while they pride themselves on being the only cruise line that has opera which was very entertaining it could have been done better hinges were coming off of doors again the crew members very much overworked very understaffed and everything that you thought would be included isnt there was also a mold on several items of food such as cheeses um their breakfast menu needs to be expanded the pizza was a very popular item and very delicious but they need to have more than one pizza stand those poor workers did not have the energy to keep up with the demand and its not their Fault the drinks the alcoholic drinks were very washed down with water hardly any alcohol the appetizers were sub par again they need to reinvent what cruising should be like they need to take a look at other companies that provide exceptional service and not subpar services the rooms on the other hand were very nice very clean but again attendants were very few and far between as they were understaffed and some of the elevators were not working thus making at an extremely long wait time to get to where you wanted to go.

Huge lines at reception and at they end I cannot hey this done for you, you need to go and do this in some other placeFirst and last time in MSC.

What I liked: Friendly staff, cleaning the cabin several times a day! At the buffet you can always find something tasty, a new ship.What I didn’t like: they went to the restaurant once, they waited for an hour and decided to go to the buffet better.
