The Body Shop is always an exciting place to visit. And with the holiday season they always offer come up with amazing gifting ideas. Visited this particular branch as it was the nearest one suggested by Google. It wasnt crowed and the staff was helpful with suggestions. Nice pre-selected range of gift/hampers or select your own pack, was a good idea. Mall parking makes it easier to park for free.

Very sorry to say that, the team should hire staff who is willing to work not the ones who spends time in mobile phones. customer service, staff Ms.Mymoona is very poorly trained and unfit with attitude to handle the shop and the customer.She very reluctant to assist the customer and explain if asked about the products.We r not coming to the shop to see the attitude of the staffs there.despite of being a regular customer, i have decided to discontinue my further purchase from bodyshop in madina mall al qusais just because of wrong employment of staff like Ms.Mymoona and please make your staff wear badge atleast.
