For me Mac is the best cosmetic brand.

Undoubtedly MAC is the best cosmetic company out there. But this five star heres for customer service at their Dubai Mall branch by their sales assistant Ms. Farah. Yesterday I went to Dubai Mall for their blush and had 4-5 shades in mind but had to buy just one. Farah took out time to find and swatch every single shade..patiently pouring in her suggestion and answering my queries while I made the decision. If you ever visit Mac Dubai Mall try to find her and you will be extremely satisfied by her professionalism yet warm personality. Kudos to MAC for such wonderful hiring 👍🏻

The worst service ever I got from a lady attendant me after talking on the phone for 10min, coming shouting and saying (you shouldn’t use the makeup) and we are closed for now, very unprofessional and impolite. it was 9:45 on the 4th July

Very bad customer service. I went on 3rd April to dubai mall and bought lashes and eye shadow. The sales lady told me I can exchange them when I want. So I went on 8th April to exchange them. When I went, the Sales lady act very weird she never assist me before. So the manager asked for bill, which I didnt have anymore. I said I never used them just once I tried on my eye to see how it looks but it was not good at all. After long discussion and useless excuses like when you look down it looks nice. As if Im walking looking down???!! not even a sorry!! And suddenly she said we cant accept it cause of hygiene but we can accept lipstick. They did nothing even I mentioned many times that Im not happy at all.

The experience was awful... going all the way only not to find wat I wanted. They dont have stock as well and ended up taking a product that isnt fitting me since I was told the other stall for mac is in airport... only to be told by a friend that they mac has another branch in mall of emirates.... am disappointed

I bought a highlighter which I usually use and buying only from Mac and at home applied it on my face. The color was different from the one I chose. And of course I went to change it. At first they didn’t want to but with the help of customer service call they exchange that for me. Thank you so much for caring for your frequent customers.

I went to 2branches one in ibn battuta which I got a very bad service the lady was trying to kick me out of the shop and I found that she wanted to close as their timing was 10pm but she put the shutter 9:41 . The other branch was MOE was very helpful and great customer service because I just want assistance to purchase too many things to my wife.Don’t visit ibn battuta branch

Very arrogant staff, they never have anything in stock and in my last visit the staff just ignored me when I asked her for a product. She just walked off. Very unprofessional
