I went to buy a present for my friend. I bought the diffuser and I wanted to buy the matching candle as well. The only thing I said to the staff was the candle in the display looks bigger than the one in the box and that made her really angry, she just ripped the box open to show it to me. After that the whole time she was being rude, in the end after I made the payment I realised that I could have used my Esaad discount to which again she answered very rudely that we can’t do anything now although I know that we could have returned the items and bought them again using the discount. Very bad service indeed!

Poor service. I wanted to buy a refill for my home fragrance. I asked advice what I needed, and they mentioned only the bottle is OK but didnt mention that I also needed to buy new sticks. Coming home I figured out sticks are not included with refill. It doesnt matter that I have to pay for sticks, but because they forgot to tell me, my experience just becomes so poor. I will not return here.
