The staff in this store are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. However, they are not very attentive to offering you a tissue or a whip to clean your hands or face after testing products.

I visit your store in mcc yesterday there is syrian lady with hijab i ask for many items to buy as gift but really i am very upset with her answer and her customer service 0 knowledge and i feel just shes passing time on the duty . You will lose many customer like this way ! @mac #mac

Very rude unprofessional staff, specifically the lady with the flip-flops wearing hijab without a name tag.Pushed me and my wife 3 times and opened the drawer and hit my hip with it.Not smiling, not appreciating their job, working in angry mode. Extremely unprofessional.See the reviews below!! I am not the 1st one facing the same problem apparently!Evaluate your staff and keep the good ones if you have any.

Very rude employees. I wanted to buy but The Sales Ladies were very rude and ignored every time I asked for help even though they weren’t busy with other customers . When i asked them to raise the closing drapes when I wanted to leave the store, the sales lady said”you can bend” . The ladies in sephora are much more helpful and professional

Lady at the store was very unfriendly and made me feel that I must leave the store, I really wanna to buy some cosmetics, will not come back to this store anymore 😞
