It’s a good brand in middle range. I like the Le Labo Santal 33 perfume. It’s really worth to money. Price wise may be little expensive for some people. Overall had good experience.

Amazing products, mediocre customer service, experience and prices.First, while I am a fan of this brand, I somehow seem to know more about the products then the salesmen does who seem to only be concerned with making a sale. Second unfortunately at this location they dont actually make or mix the perfume right in front of you like they do in other stores around the world. They said something about not being able to import the alcohole on its own to Dubai as its a hazardous good. However I am 100% sure they can but it may means it will cost them more to do so. Not a big big deal in guess but it is part of the brand experience which brings me to my third point.The prices here in Dubai seem to be about AED300 more for the 100ml then in the UK! That why my previous point is even more important.Nevertheless I really love their products and soaps.

I love the brand a lot that’s why I am always coming back but customer service is not surprising me .. always disappointing !!I couldn’t see any willing to introduce and sell the products.As a permanent shopper for almost 30 years I often see brands like Le Labo disappearing from any market not because of the product quality because of bad service quality.So it is a shame for all of us to see every time this kind of ending especially in these unprecedented times.I hope you will take my comments into consideration.

I could not resist, I took a cream with shea butter, coconut and almond oil, and basil, it melts like butter on my hands, nourishes and leaves a light trail aroma of sweet greens and expensive SPA. Non sticky and perfectly hydrated skin, no heavy moisturizers ala glycerin.You ask, is it possible to smell gorgeous with a simple hand cream? With Le Labo - Hand Pomade you can, I will answer you! Nice price of 116 dirh for 55 ml, only 2 dirhams per application and hands are well-groomed for 5 hours. Or until you go to wash them again. After the pandemic with all the santiziers and alcoholics, the skin became like parchment. Ill see the effect after a week of use! 🧡
