I went today Aug 2021 and wanted to buy some eyebrows pencils and there was testers I wanted to try them the lady who works there said I cant touch any and she ignored me completly ,then how I will freakin know wt to buy and she herself used some of the testers worst experince ever 😒

I visited MAC store in Deira city center, on Monday at 9:30pm, l was welcomed by a lady, who I think is of an Asian origin, l purchased a studio fix foundation and approached the counter to pay, l paid with cash and the lady informed she didn’t have change, l tried to look for coins in my purse, but I couldn’t find any, I informed the lady I don’t have coins, and she rudely informed me that she can’t process my payment because she doesn’t have change, l was shocked to hear that, and l asked her why she doesn’t have change, she replied that the company doesn’t provide them with change, and she added that, she wishes it was her company, she would do better. I was disappointed at her rude response. I went at this branch for the first time and i want to buy what i need so basically i know what i will buy. And i was just searching for it. Employees just ignored me.. Doesnt offer help immediately. One of them were just looking at me like, If i dont call one of them, they wont entertain you. They just choose who will they entertain. Racist Employees as i think.

I really appreciate the staff of this branch as due to technical problem on online website i couldnt track my order or have any update so i called them like many times. On every call i got so great response from the staff really professional and helpful team.

Sales personnel are a bit aggressive, I know the beauty industry is getting dramatic with all the youtubers and so 😂, but comn I’m buying a lipgloss not a tower crane :/

Amazingly rude customer service. Gave the wrong color product and refused to change it. Five employees stood there for an hour arguing rather than replacing the product. One accused us of lying and refused to call the manager.

Deira City Centre and Ibn Battuta staff were very accommodating.

Excellent service . I called them for some inquiry and they responded within few minutes and with a nice reply.
