Amazing staff, nice decent and small outlet of MAC. Exactly what you need.Spot on and quick.I would like to visit it again

Since couple of days, I was searching for a MAC bronzer kit to gift some once. However, I couldnt find it. I called MAC outlet in Emirates Mall and luckily found Ms. Angela. She assisted me to get me what I want even though it was not available in her store. I dont think she will get anything by helping me out to find this product but the action she performed for me was amazing. I would request MAC to never loose such a kind hearted Employee. You are the best Angela.

2 days back i visited MAC in mall of the emirates to buy lip liner only but Angela with her sales art , great know how on the products and her smile tempted me to buy eyeshadow pallet, primer etc. she is great. 👌🏻happy new year to MAC team

Expensive. Better buy at Dubai Airport or just online. Nothing much to talk about this store. I thought Dubai is cheap for imported cosmetics and fragrances, but it is not. I would get better stuff at Woojoh.

Worst staff service of such a big brand everToday i just went to buy my fav lipstick from mac emirates mall... but staff ladies there just font want to attend u instead they will give such bad body language gesture that u would want to run away without any purchase... neither did they attend me nor did they talk politely...

Mac in mall of emirates , very bad customer service,1) i have been waiting for 15 minutes until someone asked me if i need a help, even no greetings2) i asked help by myself and one lady helped me with very lazy face and moves. She put foundation on my face without any explain, during applying foundation on my face she was looking around not even focused on me.3) i asked her which is better for me she didnt even gave me proper answer.4) she did same thing to my mother and in the end my mom took the foundation and applied by her self.5) when i was paying she didnt ask me if i have alshaya card6) i understand that mac is very popular brand and for sales advisors is no matter if they will sale or not! But atleast be nice and advice properly. Maybe they choose customers by their look , but i think its not fair...

The best Mac store in the UAE the staff are very patient and are very helpful. I can’t recommend them enough

It was very busy in the evening the staff were about 2 or 3, they were overwhelmed by the customers but they were excellent in their service. It was very good,they were kind, polite and helpful.
