I loved my visit to the Lush store in Dubai Mall, it smelled so good and inviting and every product I tried or was recommended made me feel so heavenly. So invest in yourself today with products that love you back, for a long time. Yes the price tag seems scary but you should never let go of something that promises to invest so much in your overall well-being as compared to supermarket products riddled with chemicals.

A great shop with super helpful and friendly staff. In fact, they are always partying!The products are amazing and I swear by them, but they are pretty expensive. They do usually last for a long time and I see it as investment into my health.

I have always liked this brand, staff at the Lush at Dubai Mall is helpful and friendly. But they didnt have stock of the Karma body lotion which can happen, but they didnt have a clue when this product will be in stock again. In this case, they could have asked for my contact details and suggested they will contact me as soon as they have it , but none of that happened!! So I made that suggestion and still waiting to hear from them....

Its like Game of Thrones.. once you have a product that you like.. they will either change it or discontinue. It work in the movie but not with shoping. Had a bad experience using my gift voucher at Dubai Mall Branch.

Im addicted to the LUSHious bath bombs! They smell absolutely divine and nurture the skin. The shop is always beautifully arranged and colorful, the staff is always friendly and super helpful.

Oh, this place is the definition of love. Lush specializes in skin-care and cosmetics. It staunchly believes in protecting the environment and tending to their customers; to reiterate this, 80% of their shop incorporates recycling materials. Apart from the aesthetic visuals of this store, its skin-care products like bath bombs, organic body soaps, moisturizers, scrubs etc are one of a kind, because they work wonders on the skin and are purely handmade.

The smell will invite you in and I bet you wont regret it. This was my first visit to Lush and I absolutely loved it. It has eco-friendly and sustainable cosmetics with come in sustainable or naked packaging. I went home with a lot of stuff and am loving them. The products can be a bit confusing if its your first time but the staff was very helpful. They understood my needs, helped me find products suitable to me and also guided me on how to use the products. If you love natural products, I suggest you visit the place.

Really nice products with wonderful smell

While I love lush and have been using its products for a few years now, I find this particular store highly racist. The manager at both times hints the staff to not pay attention to Indian clients.i paticularly noticed this happen twice with me.i love the products is the only reason I visit the store but I would avoid it only to not encounter the unpleasant higher staff. Customer service executives however are extremely polite.

Products are perfect, no doubt!My negative point is delivery ( I waited 10 days dor delivery) ! They said it was eid so the oofice was closed, but eid was 5 days , not 10, and if you have holidays please put a note, otherwise People will be informed that you are not doing deliveries. On the 10 th day when I woke up I had a missed call ( from courier) and I give him a call, I said I am available at the adress and he end up call with “okay, yallah I am busy”Xxx
