The staff in this branch were rude beyond belief. They had no clue of customer service or business ethics .They spoke loudly ,rudely and with utmost racism. They insisted I bought the bag and shoes from the outlet in the most sarcastic way ,when I actually did purchase them from Dubai Mall. And the sin I committed was that I asked them to mend a pair of sneakers through their branch . They replied sarcastically that the shoes were discontinued 4 years ago , so I must be a liar to claim that I got it from Dubai Mall and repeated on and on 6 times that I bought it from the Outlet. In comparison with the other houses of fashion , I mended a scarf at Louis Vuitton , that I bought 7 years ago without showing an invoice, FREE OF CHARGE, with impeccable skills of hospitality and 7 star service . I am disappointed with the brand and definitely with the Dubai Mall branch . Burberry has failed to hire skillful service providers and sales assistants to our ultimate disappointment. I will just attach a copy of my statement to prove that sassy Ill mannered sales assistants wrong . It will not stop here ,but my complaint will be sent directly to Burrberrys UK ,because it seems that the quality of the compromised service needs to be reviewed all over again.

I have purchased a number of items from this store over the years and have always had a great customer experience. The new location in the extension is located over 2 floors and even has a terrace overlooking the Dubai Mall Lake. The sales staff really know the products well.

3 stars for the post customer care... after less than 3 months of wearing my new bag.. one of the clips inside was broken.. going back to shop to fix it and was in shock that they dont provide any original parts for their bags.. it was very weird for me as a very know company like this suppose at least to have essential parts for such things..eventually they fixed some big metal not matching in any way the original one.....
