The body shop is next to the Marks & Spencers in Dubai festival city mall. Their products are are having amazing effect to the skin. I tested their Vitamin C serum and have very good result. Body lotion and other products are all I tested . All have good results.

Amazing brand with great products. However, the staff in the Festival city mall branch is exceedingly unprofessional and low-class.Today( Sep 20th, 2020) I walked in the shop around 17:40. The girl didn’t say a single word greeting. I didn’t mind it as I usually like to check things by myself. However, she stood right next to me and stared at me silently. I found she was checking on me from top to toe. It looked like I was a thief who was going to steal sth from their shelf.I only bought one bottle of tea tree oil. Upon check-out, first she denied my Emirates Platinum card for the discount I’m entitled for. Then the receipt printer was not working. I didn’t get my receipt for the purchase.Terrible shopping experience!!!! I hope the owner could see this and get better staff for their brand’s sake.

Staff over there (Body shop, DFC) is no match to the product quality they are selling. Only tries to up sell. Absolutely no customer service. Sales ladies with full of attitude. Billed goods are handed over like in a grocery store. Dnt even has the courtesy to greet customer post selling.

Clear fraud and manipulation of the sale, and there is no benefit to them. If you want to buy from the body shop, go to any store except for Festival
