This is a International brand? I try whole day in customer care number and no one pick the phone. this is first time experience
They do not deserve even 1 star! The worst brand I ve ever bought! I bought 3 shaving machines, 2 for body & 1 for hair & beared. 3 of them works well for max less than a year then they were broken! Im trying to call the call centre to ask about the spare parts as their head office is so far from where I live & nobody pick up the phone! I do not recommend it to anyone at all....
I bought a Philips 65PUT6654/56 TV from Carrefour a few months ago. The TV works well but I suspect the Software has bugs. If I watch movies from the USB port, the response from the Remote control stops after a while. The only button that the TV responds to is the Power on/off, but even after a Power off and ON the TV does not respond to any other remote function selected. I have to pull out the Mains plug and reconnect to be able select something else. The Contact US via email on the site just gives an error and does not proceed. I did not try phoning. There is no new software update available to do, I tried that already.
I have bought a 40-inch Philips TV (40PFT5883/56 FHD) from Sharaf DG (UAE). It was written that it was Smart; however, NOTHING is smart about it!First of all, nowhere was it written that the basic smart apps (NETFLIX, YouTube, …) are not supported by Philips. Which television company does not support these basic applications?Second of all, whenever I enter any application, it exits automatically. Nothing basically works!The second day that I received the TV, I contacted Sharaf DG regarding this issue. They, in turn, contacted Philips who refused to give us a refund for this useless product because we opened the package (which is only a cardboard and 2 foam pieces, which we still have!) What a lame excuse not to give us a refund! Also, we tried to contact Philips through their landline numbers, but either they do not pick up or hang up on us.Such a bad experience with no professionalism! Basically we paid for a TV that does not function and no one is helping even!

This waste of resources and damage to reputation. And the consumer now has many options at excellent prices.
