No response after 5pm, when I called indigo UAE customercare, they are saying office has been closed, please contact indian toll-free number,And no prior information about flight postponed,When u operating flight from UAE,u have to respond the call in customer Care UAE,why should I call to India number,strange,
Calling their only number showing on website 043216900 no one answer the line since 3 hrs. Indigo should exit Airline business and continue with their Britannia biscuits only. Not fit to be in Airline business.
Such an un-professional work force. I had my parents traveling from Kannur to Sharjah. Flight was 1.42 hours late. Then the flight held people inside flight over one hour for some gate allotment issue. Further passengers were taken to Covid test place where other operators were prioritized. Operators have no sense of responsibility to prioritize their customers for Covid test and rest of the procedures. We tried calling indigo customer service, where no one end up replying calls. Really pathetic service. I personally willnot recommend this airline to anyone. Sorry

This airline doesn’t have a reliable point of contact in UAE and even if you reach them, their service is worst. Try not to choose Indigo.
