I received an email from Hassan Group of Companies today. I called the company.I just contacted on number provided on the emil to know if this email is sent by the company directly or is it a recruitment service as there are many fraud emails inviting to come for an interview and later ask to pay money! I just called them 15mins ago, a lady picked up the call absolutely unwilling to help and tried to make the conversation even more difficult, I simply asked if this is service is chargeable and she said, its a company and we sent an invitation for interview and you are calling to ask if is chargeable, in this case there is no need to come for the interview, try somewhere else! Is this the way you train your reception staff to talk to any candidate???? I think she does not have any knowledge to maintain a professional conversation and simply answer the questions instead of blabbering on unnecessary conversation! I myself am in no interest to even come for an interview to such a place whose first impression itself is so horrible and unprofessional and I do not think any one will be happy to work at such a place where people do not want to help!I called back the number to ask the name of that lady but she refused and I get it she does not want to reveal her identity as she knows she has already made a blunder on the previous conversation and got afraid!! Such an shameless stupid women! I just cannot imagine how is she even at the position of the first point of contact and what even surprises me is that she can even take the decision to call someone for an interview or to reject!!I wonder how is the company even tolerating such useless staff who have no knowledge of simple calling ethics!Im glad I called today, instead of travelling almost and hour for such a place... Thank God!Your Well Wisher.

Our guys(25peoples) have been staying in that villa without ac for about 2 months (may, June). Worst Maintainence team they have. They never pick up calls. They Take months to resolve the issue. They resovle half the issue and after various emails still no resolution. Even the office people do not take any responsibility. When we asked the office staff, they say you speak to maintainence people and they bluntly reply that they are not working in office to solve your maintainence issues. They don’t attend calls. Very pathetic.

ONE OF THE WORST TELEPHONE OPERATORS IN YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE ASK THEM TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER ON RESPECT OR AT-LEAST WITH SOME HUMANITY. I HAVE CALLED THEM ON 22-03-2020 @ 01:20 PM TO JUST TO GET AN EMAIL ID OF MAINTENANCE TEAM NOT TO ASK FOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION. BUT YOUR TEAM HAS PICKED UP THE LINE AND INFORMED ME ITS HER LUNCH BREAK. I LIKED TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO PROVIDE JUST AN EMAIL OF MAINTAIN TEAM? I rented room from them, poor maintenance, poor service, poor management wont talk or give you security cheque back on time and cut huge amount in the name of paint was damaged and stuff.Office staff omg, they have got no manners or respect, hang-up phone on face talk roughly, calling them is nightmare. Never ever gonna rent their flat.
